I purchased a double diamond and I was stunned when it says failed but good thing I reach out to customer service and they explained why my order is failed well that is because the double diamond is not available since I have already purchased that promo I thank you that instead of ignore me they offer me to convert my order to 56 diamonds at no additional charge's and they did send me a 56 diamonds so I'll give this a solid five star.

The order took 7-8hrs...
The order took 7-8hrs to be processed...
Context: I was drawing daily for 45 days (450 diamonds total) on a limited event to maximize my savings. On the last day i draw another 10 (200 diamonds) and still do not have enough to exchange an item.
Then i ordered more diamonds on the last day at 12+pm, waited until 1 pm and still nothing so i just go about my day thinking it will be done before 4pm (game refreshes to the next day).
At 330+pm, i checked and its still not credited to my account. Messaged customer service, typed in the required info and waited for 5mins before I message again to receive a reply from them 1 min later.
At this point it is already too late. I wasted 45 days and 650 diamonds. The order went through near 8pm. Customer service was okay, not that bad and its not their fault but their compensation was 5% off my next purchase that expires the next day...
Firstly, 5% is not that much compared to what i have put in.
Secondly, it expires the next day. You already processed my order and you want me to make another order before tomorrow.
Really disappointed in this, i did not have any issues with them until now and they will not be my go to seller for diamonds anymore.
You can read my story and be the judge of it yourself. I would recommend other seller if you need it asap but if not i guess this could do...

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry that your order was delayed, especially given the timing of the in-game event. We understand how frustrating it must have been after spending 45 days working towards that exchange, only for the final purchase to arrive too late. That’s definitely not the experience we want any customer to have.
During the final hours of the event, we experienced an unexpected high volume of orders which caused processing delays on some transactions. While this explains what happened, it doesn’t change the fact that we fell short of expectations, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
