The passed few weeks I’ve went to cash a check I was helped by Da’Janae & I must say she is the sweetest soul ever so patient & kind , she’s very helpful & always so positive! My favorite worker by far .

This place is highway robbery. My elderly aunt took out a $600;to help with medicine expenses. She made her scheduled payments of $168.00 every month on the 1st of every month. & On the 6th month they took out $795.26 because of their 400% interest. She was in tears because that was all her SSI. So now she has nothing & she's now negative in the bank. When I called they could have care less. The lady kept saying sorry unfortunately that's our policy. So a $600 loan at the end cost my poor aunt $1,635.26. Shame on these people, they gamble on people's desperation for a little help.
RECOMMEND CASH NET USA THEY WONT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!!!!!

They have been a complete nightmare to work with, took my car and are holding on to it for no reason because I paid the full amount and not giving me any information where it is at and I also don’t know why my car needs to be checked in somewhere if I paid they are probably going to go through my car to see if they can take anything.

I took a loan out, lost my job had financial issues where I could not keep up on my loan. I reached out to Customer Relations and they told me let's make a settlement offer and I said okay and we agreed on a settlement offer of $1,720.00 and when that was received in full it would go towards my account adn then would close my account out and I would no longer be associated with Speedy Cash and would have no more payments in January 2026. Here were are in January 2026 with my account still open and not closed as Customer Relations said it would be, and now they are seeking more money from me after a settlement agreement of $1,720 with Customer Relations, DO not do business with Speedy cash at all, they apparently like to go back on their words and sock you with more payments after a settlement offer was already in place and agreed on from both parties and even stated in your file and records.

Totally stole from me, lied to me, scammed and are just horrible crooks
If you want to be promised a loan and get scammed instead call speedy loans the scum of the earth

I went into the Fullerton, California store to update my banking information. Mayra was friendly , professional and helpful and made the whole process smooth and quick!

Worst customer service ever. I applied for a loan and was approved. They said i need a $300 deposit. Everything went great till the bank process in which they came back said I need another $450. I demanded a refund. They said okay after we had words. Then had the audacity to call me back an ask what I wanted them to do. I told then i wanted my refund and Im calling my lawyer. This was some bull💩.

I have been utilizing Speedy Cash services since 2018. My most recent experience has been exceedingly disappointing. I anticipated receiving the funds on 11/22/25, yet as of 12/17/25, they have not been received. I have engaged in multiple communications with customer service representatives; the most recent interaction concluded with the representative informing me that there is no one available to speak to directly who can provide definitive information regarding this matter. "Tickets" have been submitted, and I was advised that a resolution would be provided by 11/18. Today, I was informed that "resolution" does not necessarily mean I will receive the funds. Meanwhile, I still possess the loan documentation indicating that my first payment—pertaining to the funds I have not received—is due on 01/01/26. I will not engage with Speedy Cash in the future. This situation is utterly unacceptable.

I was approved for a $2200 loan and to keep from waiting 24 hours I stopped by the store to try and sorted up the process, when I realized I didn’t have my info with me I told the lady behind the glass that I would just wait till the online came through and left. She took it upon herself to cancel my loan. Poor poor customer service. I will not be using these guys in the future.

So far the process seems ok but then they want access to my check deposit feature to deposit like a dollar and then me pay that back in order for the loan to be approved. Is this what everyone else has had to do in order to get their loan?

Loan process was fast . Only issue is if you plan to get the money deposited directly into your bank account it takes a a couple of days ..they don’t do it same day or next day .. Takes two days.

This is the worst loan place I have ever went too. They would not work with me on my payments due to being out of work for surgery. They tried taking it out three times!!!! Three!!! Put me in a big hole. Do not get a loan through them!

I would like to say please do not get a loan from here. You can take out a $1000.00 then owe back $5000. You would get in more debt getting a loan from here.

First off they helped me at a very desperate time for money and thank God I have a good job and thank God for speedy cash!! They took a chance on me and I was approved for a loan, the interest rate is something I have to deal with since trust was giving i accepted the rate... thank you sorry cash for helping me out! In return I'll pay what I owe gladly!

The staff is very knowledgeable and nice.even though I didn't get approved, I met nice people.

This company robs everyone! They charge 360% that means if you borrow 1000 you owe 4600!! I'm amazed this place is allowed to be open! Horrible company. On top of that it change my review from 1 star to 5! Shady shady company.
