The representative over the phone was very aggressive and rude at the end of the call because I was not gonna give him $299 over the phone when I didn’t know anything about this business. I’m glad I didn’t because the reviews are not great. I don’t see any good reviews. All I see is bad reviews. I got a phone call from an attorney in town $50 to take care of my speeding ticket and get it down to a parking ticket with no traffic school. I stopped to pay the fine of $150 but only $50 for their help thank you. I’m so glad I waited. I’m so tired of these men trying to rip me off I’m tired of it

I received prompt attention from my request for help. Once we spoke, I received an extensive strategy for defense by email with complete and comprehensive instructions on how to proceed at the hearing. Before the actual hearing took place I was asked how I intended to plead. I indicated I would be pleading not guilty. I was escorted to meet with the prosecutor who I spoke with and told I had what I thought, was a robust defense and he offered to reduce the ticket to a non moving violation. I paid a fine far less than the speeding ticket and did not receive any points. This was a worthwhile investment.

Integrity starts from the first interaction, regardless of is services were retained.
I already know that I will receive the copied and pasted response about this review being "FAKE AND INVALID" because I didn't use the services. But part of a company's integrity should be based on how they treat people, whether services were rendered or not. They called me and I missed the call. I then got an email (in call caps - similar to half their responses) stating that I "hung up" on them and would no longer be getting the services asked for. I'm fine with that because, in the time it took them to get back to me, I had already hired someone else. I just found the email very unprofessional having been written literally in all caps and with several grammatical errors. Plus, there is a very big difference between hanging up on someone and just not getting the call. So, speedticketbeaters.com, so ahead and copy and paste your "this person didn't use our services and therefore has no right to an opinion of how they were treated" response.
EDIT: And there it is, as predicted. For the record, I never once called them a scam, but they felt the need to defend themselves against being a scam a total of five times throughout our interaction. Pretty sketchy. They also can't spell the word "successful".

Got a phone call from them. The guy was very rude fast talking trying to scare me into using this service told me to make a one time payment the day I was on the phone talking to him or if not, I can make a payment before the weekends saying all negative things that the judge will neglect, but it’s all lies. I received a call from the number it said to look for, which is why I answered it but the way the man spoke upon me answering the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional to the fact I got quiet because I couldn’t believe the level of unprofessionalism I was receiving. The guy responded, I act like I didn’t submit a request for a phone call and I stated no that is not why I sound the way I do; I am taken by your rudeness and the man said well lose your case then hung up. Ultimately disrespectful, aggressive, and unprofessional behavior for a legitimate business
The communication I received from this business after missing a consultation phone call from them was disrespectful, aggressive, antagonistic, and unprofessional. It is appalling that a legitimate business would conduct this type of anger, hostile, and unprofessional behavior towards their potential customer, especially after something so simple as a missed phone call. In defense, the owner called it "SARCASM." A legitimate business does not use "sarcasm" as a form of effective communication. I definitely understand the BAD reviews this company receives and completely am grateful that this company showed me their true colors before I invested my money into their services. This company has to be desperate for business for the customer service to be exasperated and indignant over the fact I was not able to answer their phone call at the exact time they called. Not even a minute after the missed call, I received an all in CAPS belligerent email from the business falsely accusing me of hanging up on them when they called. When in fact, I did not answer the call because I was on the phone with someone else is appalling. How could I hang up when I did not answer? This business needs an etiquette course in business professionalism. Especially, on how to treat their potential customers with dignity and respect. I contacted SpeedTicketBeaters.com via email to inquire about their services. Right from the start, the response was rude and condescending. The person replying criticized how I filled out the form and then told me I was "lucky I called him." That alone was unprofessional, but it only got worse.
During the conversation, he falsely claimed that there is a federal law mandating a $300 insurance increase for speeding over 75 mph. This is completely false. There is no federal law that dictates insurance rate increases. Insurance rates are determined by private companies and regulated at the state level.
The McCarran-Ferguson Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 1011
-1015) explicitly leaves insurance regulation to the states.
When I pointed this out and quoted the actual law of the county that allows me to pay a one-time rate instead of have my record impacted back to him, he rudely hung up on me.
This company relies on scare tactics and false legal claims to manipulate people into paying for their services. Providing false legal information to induce a sale is not only unethical, but it may also be illegal under multiple consumer protection laws:
-Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. § 45): Prohibits deceptive business practices.
-Nevada Deceptive Trade Practices Act (NRS 598.0915 & 598.0925): Prohibits false representations of legal obligations.
-Washington Consumer Protection Act (RCW 19.86.020): Prohibits unfair or deceptive acts in trade or commerce.

-Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
-Nevada and Arizona State Bar
Before the owner attempts his usual response, let me address his typical excuses in advance:
He will claim this review is "fake" because I didn’t "use the service." That is irrelevant. I inquired about their services, and they provided false legal information. That alone is deceptive.
He will compare this to reviewing a restaurant without eating the food. That’s misleading. If a restaurant falsely advertised its menu and then yelled at customers for asking questions, people would absolutely leave negative reviews.
He will claim the company has been in business since 2004, so it can’t be a scam. Longevity does not prove legitimacy. Many deceptive businesses operate for years before being exposed.
Additionally, I want to clarify that my statements are truthful and based on my personal experience. Under Nevada law, specifically NRS 200.510, libel is defined as a malicious defamation expressed by printing, writing, signs, pictures, or the like, tending to impeach the honesty, integrity, virtue, or reputation of a person, and thereby exposing them to public hatred, contempt, or ridicule.
Every person convicted of this offense is guilty of a gross misdemeanor. I reside in both Nevada and Washington and am fully aware of the legal implications of making false statements. This review is a factual account of my interaction with SpeedTicketBeaters.com and is not intended to defame but to inform potential customers of my experience.
If you need help with a traffic ticket, go to a real traffic attorney. This company is not trustworthy, and I would strongly recommend avoiding them.

As expected, he resorted to a generic reply, refusing to take responsibility for his misleading actions or inaccurate claims, and instead exploited his customer’s lack of knowledge to instill fear and secure a hire. If he is indeed a licensed attorney, my next step will be to report his conduct to the Arizona State Bar Association to ensure this behavior stops.

His current statements misrepresent the events that transpired during that interaction.
I want to share my troubling experience with Speedticketbeaters.com after a single conversation with their representative. I reached out for help with a simple moving violation, but the individual I spoke with was anything but professional.
During our brief interaction, he was aggressive, using fear to try to push me into purchasing their services immediately. He repeatedly insisted that if I didn't act right then and there, I would lose my case, creating a sense of urgency that felt manipulative and unnecessary. His demeanor was rude and insulting, leaving me feeling extremely uncomfortable.
Given how he conducted himself during this one conversation, I can't imagine how stressful it would be to work with him further. No one should have to deal with such unprofessional behavior, and I strongly advise against using Speedticketbeaters.com

BASIS FOR DETERMINATION: The "review" was written by a person who did not actually use the service they "reviewed". We are not saying this person did not call or interact with us. What we are saying is that this person did not use the services we provide. Therefore this person IS IN NO POSITION to post a "REVIEW" of a service he did not actually USE. Calling or emailing a company and "not liking them", does not provide a basis for a "reviewer" to know if a service actually works, WHEN IT IS USED. Again, this person called us, but did not USE the service. So, they CANNOT be taken seriously as a "reviewer" of whether or not the service works.
FURTHER DETAILS:
Simply calling (or emailing) a company, and not liking them (on the call or email), does not constitute "using" a service.
For example: If you entered a restaurant and immediately walked out, because you did not like the host/hostess at the front desk... You would not be in a position to post a review claiming the "food is bad", because you would not know if the food is bad.
If you are going around posting reviews of restaurants, when you did not actually eat the food... Or of services you did not actually use (like this person is doing)... In our view, there is something wrong with you. We believe most logical people do not go around posting reviews of services they did not actually buy and use. Unfortunately, this person does do that.
Another example that is specific to the man that wrote this so called "review":
The man that wrote this "review" happens to be a mortgage broker. This was revealed in his contact info, and research we did about him. In the first minute of our call with him, we felt he was arrogant, dismissive, and generally unlikeable. Does any of that mean he does not provide legitimate mortgages. NO, it does not. Does it mean his mortgage business itself is a "scam". NO, it does not. What it means is that we didn't like him "personally". But we are not in any legitimate position to know about or comment/and review HIS WORK. But because this person (in our view) is irrational he chose to write this ridiculous "review" of our work, when in truth he DOES NOT KNOW anything about the effectiveness of our work... Because he did not buy or use the services we sell.
IN SUMMARY:
The "reviewer" has NO idea whether or not the service works, because the reviewer did not USE the service. The reviewer simply contacted the company and did not like who they spoke with. That does NOT tell the reviewer anything about whether or not the service works, when it is actually used by a customer.
Speedticketbeaters has been in business since 2004 handling an incredible amount of tickets over the 20 years we've been in business. 20 years is a long time to keep "a scam" going, so obviously it is not "a scam".
It is important that you read reviews, from people that actually USED THE SERVICES they "review". Their "review" you just read is fraudulent because it is written by a person who did not USE the service, and therefore is in no position to accurately review the company.

ALWAYS keep in mind, that speeding tickets come with large auto insurance increases and court administrative fees. They are never "just $155". The total "all in" cost to a person after being found guilty of speeding is normally over $1000. Beating a ticket always saves a person much more money than we charge to do so.
