The actual internet service is spectacular. I have it for residential and business. We also have other internet providers at our offices and Spectrum is by far the best one yet.
However, the customer service you get when you call is .... meh...
I moved, and need to cancel my residential. The CSR kept trying to get me to suspend or use the promotions to get better prices on other services. This call last right over 20 minutes. I was constantly telling her that I just need to cancel and I do not need anything. Please do not quote me anymore offers. "GLORY" (as she referred to herself), had a comeback attitude response for everything I said. The WORST
CSR I have ever had to deal with. I ended up hanging up on her after repeatedly asking her to transfer me to a Manager. And then I called right back and spoke with a different CSR. This one was great. So sweet. And I was off the phone in less than 2 minutes.

This has to be one of the worst survey sites I've ever seen in my life and I've been doing surveys for over 20 years. I don't know how many time's I've spent my time taking a survey only to be done with it and have it go to a screen that says 'Uh'oh something went wrong. Please close this page and return to your survey provider'. That or they just reloop to a bunch of different survey sites without paying anything. So I'm DONE with these shady crooks.

I submitted the surveys and suddenly " something went wrong" and of cauese was not rewarded. It's not the first time it happens

I've come across surveys from them alot lately. Turns out they are nothing but a scam. Numerous times I have them suddenly kick me out from within an actual survey and say it wasn't a good fit - seems to be their standard answer. In the middle of a survey that I was answering legitimately and suddenly they decide whether or not it was a good fit. Personally I think they do it just to get paid since they are nothing but a middle man

The WORST! As soon as I get one of their essay questions, I immediately back out. It's extremely annoying. Not to mention that I never get credit from them when I do attempt a survey. They usually wait until I'm over halfway through before they kick me out because I'm "not a match" or the "survey is full".

I had to cancel my Internet service. I was a customer for over 5 years. My current bill had been drafted from my checking account.
Upon closing my account on the 5th of the month. The account was paid up to the 15th. Spectrum absolutely refused to pay back the 10 days that my account would not be active. How much money have they made by stealing from customers who had to close their account?

I completed a 30 minute survey online and they screened me out at the very end. I won’t be interacting with their surveys in any way in the future.

This is a SCAM. Doing surveys on SurveyJunkie for some survival money and it never lets me through the 1st page, I got 0 cent out of 3 hours of taking their surveys. I'm dying because of them.

Pure spectrum spectrum surveys has taken over most of the survey sites. I'm fighting just to get one dam survey a day because of them. There has to be a way to get these cheating rip offs off the survey sites.

Worthless cheats. I never qualify but they try to get you to answer questions for free. A total waste of time and now when I know it’s them, I just abandon the survey. I’ve had it with their dishonest games.

I walked into the store and she was very hospitable at the opening of the front door! Kind spirit and heart! She makes AI look bad for the near future! She was very empathic and understanding! She helped lower my elderly Aunts bill and went to advocacy level in assisting me and my Aunt! She deserves some incentive for being a Star in the customer service world before it gets taken away!
And assisted me with Internet service and Tech waiver since I am new to Spectrum and will be working from home some days and my Aunt is 96 yrs old and knows nothing about this world as we know it! She also was taken advantage of with her bill paying a bulk of money and nobody told her that her one non working cable box was supposed to be taken back to the store and she was paying that $15.00 for a long time. Sad and Anica even apologized for that , she couldn’t refund her but it did break her heart for my Aunt. Thank God I live with her now and she can’t be taken advantage of. Her bill was almost $200 with a basic plan! Lord have mercy but she NO nothing about streaming and only watch FetTV and Inspire and news in the morning! I hate this for her!

Disgusting site. I'm sick of completing surveys only for them to say something went wrong after sending all the answers and being like "thank you". They do not pay. I keep getting redirected to this by other survey sites and there's not been one time where I've not had an issue with them.

spectrumsurveys.com sends you 100s of 3-5 minute surveys where they the refer you another site called zampliasurveys.com. If spectrum were legitimate then they would not flood people with 100s of 3-5 minute surveys that refer you to another site. To do so many of these scam surveys would take all day and all night to do. I have asked my survey provider to deal with these scam surveys, but they have yet to stop them from appearing.

Spectrum is not a customer friendly company. Spectrum is constantly increasing bills for no specific reason - but only they can do what ever they like. Being a monopoly for some time in a lot of locations, they let that go to they heads. Now spectrum has to compete but they still don't care but they should. I was with spectrum for 14 years with one location and 24 with another. Now I'm OUT all together!

Just to say I am a senior citizen with limited income. Worst company EVER!! I called Customer Service about 5-6 months ago to help lower my bill. The Rep kept telling me that I can sign up for Telephone service. I repeated for probably half hour explaining to him that I didn't need a phone or service. He told me "What do I have to loose, it is absolutely free, and you can get a discount on the cable/internet service. He kept pressuring me about the phone and it was absolutely FREE! LIAR!LIAR!!! He probably received a commission for it. after not using it Spectrum charged me more than $500 for this FREE Phone, and $5.50 a month!!! Terrible Customer service, and LIARS!!! So I called and explained the situation, and received NO HELP!! I told them to disconnect my cable and internet service and they kept charging me the same amount, and actually took channels that I had paid for away! They disappeared. Today I am dropping off the equipment. WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I pay for Sling, Amazon, Netflix, and a few others and pay so much LESS. Internet with Metro Net and still pay less!! This company is TOXIC!!!

If I could give them a Zero, I would. I NEVER qualify for their surveys so now, anytime one comes up, I simply close out of that survey. I will NOT waste my time even trying to qualify for them since I never do anyway.

They are as dodgy as hell, and generally direct me to Samplicio, which is even worse.
Just don't bother.

This company is the absolute worst internet provider. The internet speeds are all over the place and they frequently raise customer rates without cause. I'm actively looking for another provider. I would give them less than 1 if I could.
