The most Scam company

The most scam company
They charge me every single month $250 and they will show again and again. Same movie and program every single month. I'm not happy with that .they scam people. They just collect the money from people and show them nothing they don't have dreserve even one star the most awful company

Say goodbye to cable

This is a terrible cable company. Absolutely the worst. The only good thing I can say about Spectrum Cable is that their lousy service pushed us to finally drop cable altogether and start streaming. Now we pay less per month and get a hell of a lot more good programming to choose from. We'll never go back.

Every interaction is negative…

Almost every single interaction with this company feels like they are trying to do something unethical. It is almost hard to imagine. They will bill you more without telling you, be incredibly slow to refund you when you overpay which happens without your knowledge. They'll tell you they did something on your behalf when they did not. Make it hard to see payments on your account. Recommend you pay your bills in person at the store. Yes, during a pandemic. Any apologies mean nothing as they do not update the account or follow up on what you agree to in your calls with them. The list for me just goes on and on. If you decide to use them and got to this point in my review then consider yourself warned. There are not enough hours in the day to properly give them the poor review that this company truly deserves.

Spectrum Cable/Internet

This is the worst cable/internet service on the planet! Their customer service is non-existent unless you consider being passed to 7+ agents per call "normal". I have written the CEO of Charter Communications (who owns Spectrum) with no response...as expected.

Here is some public information regarding a CEO who cannot be bothered with caring about his customers, customer service, customer retention:

AVOID SPECTRUM CABLE
I have just spoke with spectrum who upped my cable bill from $4.99 to $119.57 WITHOUT notifying me!
I was put on 'Seasonal' in April due to covid but not sure when it ended.
I was emailed on Sun17th Jan with the new amount due, I called in Mon 18th Jan but told as my 'seasonal' had finished on 31st Dec I was put on the full monthly amount and as my billing cycle had started on the 14th the full amount was due!
Even explaining I did not know my 'seasonal' had finished and they had NOT' notified me my billing would increase they still said the full amount would be taken from my bank!
I will NEVER use this company again and suggest anyone using them is very careful as they only notify any change AFTER the start of the billing cycle so you CANNOT dispute it!

I have been trying to upgrade my…

I have been trying to upgrade my service for over 1 week. I finally got the NBA sports package added and the salesperson told me "you need to upgrade from your old package to new, you will not lose any channels (you will get even more) and you will pay the same or less. I did reluctantly, I ended up with less channels and cost me 50 more per month. I called back, another nice person..added back channels and told me to call retention dept to bring my price back. I did, another nice person, brought me back to the price I was paying--two hours later, my service was cancelled with the reason, "I am moving". so after 4 phone calls and hours on the phone, my 13 & 14 year old are missing their basketball and i don't have any service. So I have been back trying to restore the service. I pay for seasonal hold all year, why would I move 1 month after and cancel my service??? I need help!! Very nice employees, awful service.

SPECTRUM CABLE CO. & ASSAULT

DO NOT TRUST SPECTRUM CABLE AND THEIR TECHNICIAN ART BROWN. HE HURT ME WHILE INSTALLING MY CABLE!!! I REPORTED TO HIS OFFICE AND GOT INTERROGATED BY SECURITY. I ASKED IF THEY WOULD PLEASE CONTACT ME WITH THE OUTCOME...
THEY NEVER DID!
