I have worked with this team for about a year. From the get go, they provided me with a comprehensive audit on my amazon listing and product. Following a contract, I was paired with a team who was working on my account for 2 hours daily while providing me with a daily agenda of their work on my account (i.e. taking overall account overview, optimizing all running Campaigns, doing negative targeting, launching new campaigns and making posts). Their transparency is clear and they often times provided me with suggestions to improve performance. They were diligent with filing cases re:inventory and tracking. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for total account management for their listing. Even after our contract was over, they still communicated and refined some of the bids to remain proactive following their involvement on the listing.

The work Spectrum puts out is top notch. I've been working with them for just over a year now and haven't regretted a single day of it.
