Our tutors are qualified teachers with QTS or QTLS, possessing extensive experience and a profound understanding of SEND. Most importantly, they are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable young people. Over the past six years, our model has proven effective, with 80-90% of our 88 students reintegrating successfully into suitable educational provisions last year. I have worked for SEND since September 2024 and cannot fault them. I am a tutor and they have given me lots of well matched referrals since I started with them. I can pick and chose my own hours and who I want to work with. The staff are lovely to communicate with and they don't micro-manage you.
