Waiting for a scheduled quotation visit, didn't show-up, no call to advise, terrible first impressions, we finished work early especially for this visit, needless to say we will not be using or recommending this company.

We are delighted with the service we received from this company. We wanted blinds for our conservatory but the roof windows are odd shapes. After trying a few companies who said they couldn't do it we contacted this company and Colin the salesman was wonderful and told us it would be no problem. Richard the fitter came to do a survey and although the roof windows offered a challenge he quickly found a solution. He returned on time a couple of weeks later to fit the blinds which took most of the day. One blind was the wrong size but Richard returned two weeks later with the correct blind. We are delighted with the blinds and grateful we found a company who could cope with unusual shapes! Richard obviously loves his job and is very skilled and professional.

This company is really excellent, from the sales representative Colin to the fitter Andy it was faultless.
Colin was so helpful when it came to choosing what blinds to go with. He has a friendly manner that puts you at ease.
Andy was so quick and efficient and again a thoroughly nice man.
We love the finished product and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
It is a totally professional and classy experience.

Had Jon Bradley from Conservatory Blinds Ltd install duette pleated blinds throughout my house including bifold doors. Blinds are excellent quality and easy to use and once read for install everything was installed in less than 2 hours even with approximately 25 windows to be done.

I have recently had blinds installed in my home office. I have been very happy with the service received at every stage of the process. The salesperson listened to what I wanted and presented relevant options which made selecting from such a wide choice very easy for me. The installation has been completed perfectly. At every stage, they arrived when they said they would and did what they said they would. I would happily recommend them to family and friends.

So pleased with my electric roller blinds, amazing product with a great service. Aaron help us through the process and help recommend the right product for our requirements. I would certainly recommend this company and will you you again.

Great service from first contact through to fitting! Sales person (Colin) was extremely knowledgeable and took my wife and I through everything we needed to know to help resolve our gable end problem. I used this company over 20 years ago and again they have proved to be the people to use. The blinds are such good quality, I originally bought a set of conservatory blinds which are still in use today. I had some new house blinds fitted recently and they look superb! I wish I could show the pictures that I have taken and shown to my friends! highly recommended.

This company fitted 5 rollers around my flat and they look amazing. They are blackout rollers and the difference it makes in my bedroom is incredible. Would highly recommend

I hadn’t ever bought conservatory blinds before but this company made the process very straightforward. The fitter Richard was extremely helpful and has done an excellent job. I’m very happy with the blinds, both the quality and the fitting.

Recently called to ask for some spare parts, which were sent free of charge. The blinds are several years old, so way out of guarantee. Amazing service, thank you!

I wanted to engage with conservativeblinds.co.uk for the supply of blinds for my conservatory. Be a judge for yourselves. The salesman visited my home and gave me a quote for £11,800 which I agreed to. He then did some more calculating and said he had underestimated the price but would honour the price we had agreed on. I had three witnesses to this negotiation.

He returned to his head office and rang me later to say that the price was now £14,219, some £2419 more. I received an email from their director arbitrarily cancelling the order without discussion with me.

I now feel I had a lucky escape and It is my perception that conservativeblinds.co.uk is unethical and charlatans. In my opinion they are not a company who you should consider doing business with. Steer clear of this company, in my opinion they are not to be trusted.

I had blinds installed by this company a few years ago and have been very happy with them - the sales and fitting process were excellent and the blinds work perfectly. Unfortunately the after sales service has been abysmal - having tried to book a service appointment, the fitter has declined to return my calls or acknowledge my emails. A delay in coming out is entirely understandable; the inability to respond to the request is not.

Very impressed! Jon arrived promptly and was very friendly and efficient. He explained how he would fix the blinds to our garden room sliding doors and helped us choose the right colour. We only had to wait a few weeks for the blinds to arrive, they were actually fitted 4 days earlier than expected. Jon arrived and fitted them very quickly, without any fuss and then gave us a demonstration on operating them. Very happy with the quality and service. Thank you Jon! Wendy Crocker
