I found out about this platform around one month ago in the Meetup app, and today finally I tried to participate in one of their language coaching meetings, and I really liked it! I liked, first of all, the people who were there because they had a nice, open, and friendly mindset. We were talking from the very first moment, and of course people were very different, with versatile backgrounds, so it was very easy to communicate with them. The host also had nice expressions to discuss, some of which even I, with my quite high level, didn't know, so it was a positive surprise.

I also liked the pace, because 12 minutes is exactly not that much, not that few, to talk both about the topic given and life, our experience, etc. I really recommend everyone to use it, at least to try a few times. So far, most of the sessions are for English learners. For German, there are few, but they are twice a week, so it is definitely enough.
The only thing was that there were some problems with the audio sometimes (I was from Comet browser), but we were fixing it and people were waiting if you had a problem, so that's also fine.
I think the platform will develop and soon there will be less technical issues and more languages to practice.
Btw year subscription price seems to be very reasonable too.

SpeakDuo is the best platform to take your English to the next level, especially when talking to people from different countries and cultures, with diverse dialects and accents. You gain broad experience and confidence to carry on conversations well in personal or professional settings.

Teachers and Students are also very professional. I never found anyone misbehaving or invading privacy with inadequate questions. The platform is highly safe and non-judgmental.

Speakduo is useful for everyone. I started almost from scratch. I attended only beginner lessons at first. I especially thank teacher Eslam. He explains things very clearly. I also attend intermediate lessons now after three months of learning English with this platform. My English is not perfect, but I am improving fast.

I love SpeakDuo! It really changed my life in the US. In only 1 month, I went from being scared to speak to talking easily. The best part is that you can join many sessions every day. It is very easy to use and has no pressure. The teachers and students are very friendly. It feels like a warm family. Living in a new country can be lonely, but this app makes me feel less alone and more confident.
If you want to speak better English and make friends, try it! You will not regret it!

I just hope the participants pay attention to their privacy and not to share information that is not necessary. I tried for about 5 minutes and I don't feel comfortable.

It was a good experience, but I'll not use it anymore because of AI recording, .I don’t feel comfortable with that, it sounds like we are training AI for free without knowing the consequences.

Nice atmosphere to practice speaking English. Nice teachers, you learn new vocabulary too. You can have engaging conversation with people from around the world. Yes, I recommend SpeakDuo.

Tbh, some people can't say English...so quite hard to start the conversation..so 10 mins was wasted

It's a great chance to practice with people from all over the world! I met amazing people, and it helps me keep my English skills fresh and improve. Learning new phrases everyday and use them in our conversation.The lessons are everyday, and I like how the AI gives feedback after each one, it helps me see my mistakes and learn from them...really helpful. And it is affordable and people are very friendly. You don't need to be perfect.
