I had the unfortunate experience of working with Sparx Solutions, and I must say, it was a complete and utter disappointment. From the moment I engaged their services, it was clear that the digital marketing company was more interested in taking my money than delivering quality work. After 1 year, my website is still down and only 50% of what is promised is been delivered and that too in very poor form.

First and foremost, their pricing was astronomical. They promised top-notch digital marketing services but charged me an arm and a leg for subpar work. I could have hired a team of experts for the amount they charged me, and I would have received better results.

The quality of the work they delivered was abysmal. My website looked like it was designed by an amateur who had no understanding of my business or its goals. There were no mention of my actual business but just random information about different cities in Australia. I can promise, not a single person can tell us about actual business MVP. There were so many errors, broken links, and design flaws that it was embarrassing to showcase it to potential customers. It was clear that they didn't put in the effort to understand my business, and it showed in the final product.

What's even more frustrating is that the developer they assigned to my project never bothered to ask me, the business owner, not even once, for any input or have any strategy call. They spend lot of money in project manager hours but he was unsure of the requirements all time. It was as if they were just going through the motions without any consideration for my needs or goals. Photos were uploaded on website without approval and when I asked to get it changed, I have been told that you are asking multiple occurrence. Communication was practically nonexistent, and I was left in the dark about the progress of my website.

To make matters worse, it's been over a year since I hired Sparx Solutions, and my website is still not where it should be. It's shocking that they couldn't even deliver a functioning website after such a long time. They kept complaining about running out of hours, which is absurd considering the exorbitant amount I paid them.

Perhaps the most baffling part of this entire ordeal is that the website they created had nothing to do with my business. Instead, it focused on some generic information about cities in Australia and its population. It was as if they copy-pasted content from a random source without any consideration for the purpose of my website.

In summary, my experience with Sparx Solutions was a nightmare. They were expensive, provided low-quality work, lacked communication, and failed to deliver a website that represented my business in any meaningful way. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere for a digital marketing company that actually cares about their clients and can deliver on their promises. Sparx Solutions is a prime example of a company that should be avoided at all costs.

services fraudulently were sold to me. They are advertising as be in USA but actually are in India. They had zero absolutely no expertise in telemedicine. I told them this and was planned to do an alternative service. Every time he comes with an excuse that the representative had been sick, then takes a few month says i am discussion with my team. EVERYTHING is fake his name is a western name but he told me his original name is something different. I have lost huge time on this postponement some after the other which are FAKE, not existing.

I have serious doubts if the reviews from such Indian company here are genuine. indeed they are not present in UK land and they pretend are a uk .co.uk

A company whit developers that are not experience and capable of doing the requested things. There are more program managers than skilled developers what results in delaying deadlines for months.

Above that, the moment we decide to leave this company they have not shared the latest code versions while we have paid for it and they keep on assuring it is the latest version.

Be carefull with this Company and especially with Niah & Alex.

Totally rookie developers with no experience. My one month project had gone beyond 3 months and not to even half the work is done. Their managers have no experience of project management, no project management certification. Totally fruad, and fake company.
Once they have your money, they won't pay any heed to your project ,
Even for a very basic development work they take ages. Totally incompetent people and developers without any skills. Best of all the developers not their own are completely outsourced to smaller companies for your dream project.
Make proper legal documents before signing them up

The developers are competitive but designers are not. Had hard time to get a good design. Other big problem is that the staff keeps leaving the company which in turn impacted my project. I had 3 project managers in tenure of 3 months which in turn impacted the quality, hours and motivation. And last but not least, no handover for the work was given : which means I am all life dependant on them to fix any small problem and have to pay for it.

Excellent work experience with Sparx IT Solutions. Thanks to the hard work and dedication they put in my web development project. My website looks astonishing and running flawlessly by meeting business needs.

They took my deposit, never finished the project, and they are not willing to give me back my deposit or finish the project. This company is fraudulent. Vikash is not to be trusted!!! Stay away from this company!

Sparx IT Solution writes that they have the best consumer engagement model but I guess there’s a huge difference between “what they write on their website & what actually they deliver to the clients at the community level”.

I was a customer just like you who don’t know much about web development at the beginning. When I met them for my project they provide me a good-quality analysis at cost-efficient prices just to grab me. Once I gave my project to this company, then the ultimate game starts with me. Firstly, they charged me for every request, that won’t seem to them related to the main scope. Then, they slowly showed their actual colors by taking money from me & in return, will leave me with empty-handed.

My project is still incomplete & its almost 7 months. In fact, you never know either they are working on your project or not because whenever one error resolves, another one comes abruptly and even didn’t share proper progress reports with me. Moreover, they always make false promises, and when the time comes, they just simply turn their backs. This company will not be able to resolve one error of my website i.e. 404 error which every time shows on my homepage whenever I load the website. Without checking from their end, they just started blaming my server team which actually was a mistake from their end not from the server-side. It’s just one error that I wrote likewise there’s plenty of errors which they left on my website.

Sparx (A scam & worst company ever) wasted 7 months of my project development timeline just by doing everything wrong on my website. I would say that their skills are less than even the 5th standard of an elementary school in terms of UI/UX designing & development. Sparx IT Company is just a group of scam & even their 5-star ratings are also fake. You don't even deserve a 0-star rating but for the google sake, I am giving you a 1-star rating. So, you should be thankful to me for this.

The actual truth of Spark IT Solutions is that they have no solutions at all, just only lies & false hopes at the top! Whosoever you’re, just stay away from this company if you’re looking to hire them for your project. If you’ll give your project to this company then surely you’ll regret.
