Spark Trust has bailed me out several times - love it!
I got on someone's list and my computer was "locked out" several times.. I used SPARK TRUST and it cleaned out the problem every time. It's a very good program and easy to use.

Seems to help, I don't see any viruses getting through. However I would like to see what type are trying to get on to my system.
I haven't tried to talk to support in awhile, really no need.

DO NOT USE
after installing this on my computer which I use for a business out of the house the problems started.
I had to log in to my google account every time I needed to use it, 6 time in 90 minutes
They deleted excel files as junk that I use daily, will now have to do an inventory and will take around 8-10 hours of work to restore them, we had a history on the files, they are all gone.
Every time you do a scan , you have to reboot your computer, will not exit there system, so when you do a reboot, there scan comes up again.
All the saved favorites in excel are gone, we had saved 15 of them that we use daily, all wiped out.
Sent them a note we were having a problem, said they could not find the order, even after sending a confirmation of the problems and a copy of the key license

Deleting saved passwords and login information is intended to increase the safety and security of your information. However, it is not a critical security step and generally can be disabled safely. I regret that this information was not provided to you when you initially contacted our Support Department for assistance.

Malware hangup!
When using program - once the operation gets to the malware section it goes on and on and on - seems locked. So first time I stopped and of course had to start over!!! Now I just un-click malware check.

A long but necessary process
I was not prepared for how long the task of remote monitoring of my desktop, the cleaning of it, and the installation of some security software, would take. The big cost to me, then, was the amount of time it took out of my work schedule, which adds a real level of frustration and pressure. Probably the best part of 10 hours over two days. The result is pretty good, however; my computer is faster and work is therefore easier to perform. I had hoped to materially shorten the start-up time of the computer, but that did not happen to the extent I would have liked. I was handed between three or four technicians, so cannot remember the names of any of them. All were extremely pleasant and polite, and were aware that the process was taking longer than anticipated, and it's possible that communications between the various techies could have been better. All seemed to know what they were doing, however. Now I'm hoping the recommended software, which we installed, will do the trick in keeping the computer safe and functioning quickly.

To refresh your license key, please restart your computer. Once your computer has started, make sure you are connected to the internet and re-open the software. Click on the word About and you should see the updated expiry date.
If you have lost the installation for SparkTrust PC Cleaner Plus, you can download and install the program again by doing the following:
1. Go to: http://spark.sparktrust.revenuewire.net/stpcclpro/download
2. Run the downloaded file to begin installation.
3. Follow the prompts to complete the installation.
4. Open the program and click the About button located at the top right of the program window.
4. Enter your license key in the text field provided
5. Now click OK.
