Avoid this company. Says 24hr delivery. Came over 7 days later. Too late for me. I had purchased based on their promised shipping
In packaging says contact email their customer service for any enquiries …
All my emails ignored. I returned the bearings via Royal Mail signed-for in the end to sender on original packaging
Still no response. Contacted my bank and based on the RM proof of delivery they refunded me the money
(General advice don’t let rogue traders scam you- your bank will step in and refund you if you follow due process and can evidence it!)

Avoid this company. Non existent customer service. I have sent 3 emails requesting help as the bearings they sent were the wrong size. They do not give you the courtesy of a reply. Stuck with bearings that do not fit and no way of communicating with them.

Bearings wear listed unclearly on the website meaning I ordered the wrong size. I have sent 3 emails to send them back but have had no response. FYI I ordered these around a month ago and still haven’t received a response. Customer service doesn’t exist here.

Ordered a Trek Rail pivot bearing kit (Order #38720). The item arrived quickly, but the packaging was completely inadequate—the cardboard envelope had torn open at the corner in transit, resulting in two missing bearings (1x 3801 and 1x 3803).

I contacted customer support immediately with photos of the damaged packaging requesting replacements, but have had zero response or acknowledgement. Really disappointing post-sales support. I would not recommend ordering if you expect issues to be resolved.

I ordered some bearings at the end of July (supposed to be next day delivery). Had not arrived by 4 July. In the meantime I mailed them for the status of the order and to cancel it. Still no reply. My latest mail today was to notify them again of cancellation and if they did not respond within 5 working days, I would file a claim with Visa. I have just received notification of shipping. Not a confirmation of cancellation or a refund. Customer satisfaction (if I could give a minus score). Meanwhile I ordered the same from another company yesterday. Arrived today!

Delivery too slow and non-existent sav But value for money not found elsewhere

Commande passée pour un kit de roulement de direction à 41 euros. Jamais reçu alors que le suivi de commande a mentionné livré puis plus rien. Deux messages envoyés au mail de contact du site. Jamais reçu de réponse. Grosse arnaque. Ne commandez surtout pas.

Je n'ai jamais reçu de suivi de ma commande et le SAV est inexistant après deux relances par mail.
Je suis à plus d'un mois de ma commande et je n'ai toujours rien reçu, décevant...

livraison rapide et efficace Les maillots sont de très bonne qualité. Je recommande fortement.

Ordered some bearings from here they arrived without any invoice or paperwork and was the wrong size. I emailed them a few times but got no reply so I returned the bearings and asked for a refund. Had no refund and no replies to any emails. If you look through the reviews this seems to be a regular occurrence. DONT buy from these people they are not trustworthy and will not deal with any problems or issues you may have with the product.
Luckily we don’t have a lot of companies like this in the cycling industry and with a bit of luck this one won’t be around much longer.

Pour la France les envoies sont fait par royal mail sans suivi ,du coup mes roulements attendait a la poste depuis quelques jours(en raid aventure),le lien suivi "shop "indiqué toujours en attente de detail .quand j'ai contacté spark sport on m'a dit que sa avait été envoyé le jour de la commande.les pièces ont l'air d'être d'origine pour le prix et la qualité c'est le top je pense.mis a part ce problème de suivi ou j'ai perdu quelques jours je recommande,bon ride a toutes et tous...

One of the best ways to judge the quality of a company is how they handle any customer issues. In this regard they score very highly in replacing a missing part from a bearing set at no cost and very fast. Much appreciated!!

Transition Patrol bearings arrived fast and fit well, overall I am happy with this purchase, bearings are good quality so can't complain really.

Received order quickly although one bearing didn’t fit - possibly due to incorrect info from Cannondale. Seller was very helpful with sorting this out.

I ordered in September 2025 headset bearings for Tarmac SL6. Quick shipping, but I never recieved it, the after sales contact was responsive. After waiting 2 months (following the request from my contact), I just ask for a refund (in between I found another solution) .... they never answer and send another one. I recieved it, buy as asked several times (without any answer), I ask a refund. They never answer any emails since 3 months. Not a serious bike shop.

Terrible communication. Did not communicate when the parcel was dispatched. The order was missing pieces. I contacted them but no response. They will not communicate with you. Do not buy from this company

Beware, I purchased headset bearings for Santa Cruz and they have taken my money but did not send item and will not respond to emails
