Ordered an “in stock” item on eBay, missed the delivery window so when asked 8 days later they said about to be posted. The next 12 days was broken promises about warehouse failures. Certainly someone was lying about the postage/delivery process because their story changed almost daily.
So after nearly 3 weeks of waiting I gave in and asked for a refund which was provided in 10 minutes- the only good service in the whole miserable experience - never again

Unfortunately, by the time our customer service reached your message the next business day, the parcel had already been collected by the courier and the redirection request was unsuccessful. We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially given your efforts to rectify the issue quickly.
While our standard process is to dispatch to the address entered at checkout, in this instance, we recognise the very quick dispatch and the delay in response meant we weren’t able to assist in time. That’s not the outcome we want for any of our customers.

it is astounding how long it takes them…
it is astounding how long it takes them to process and ship an order. I ordered some parts from the US and Sparesbox on the same day, and have already received the parts from the US. Meanwhile, the parts from Sparesbox (Sydney- Brisbane) haven't even shipped yet?? Their prices are usually quite reasonable, but if you need parts quickly absolutely avoid this company. I wish they would sort this huge problem out.

on my last order the online system told me the part fitted my vehicle but we discovered it was slightly different, unfortunately they couldn't supply the correct one. But they took the part back for a full refund & paid the freight, you wont get that sort of support from the big shiny box stores!

Disappointed with Customer ServiceTitle
I had heard good things about Sparesbox, which is why I chose to purchase DBA brake discs from them in February 2024. Unfortunately, after only 10,000 km, I started experiencing severe vibrations in the steering wheel and an unusual ticking noise when braking.
When I reached out to customer service, I was simply told that the warranty had expired, with no real effort to understand the issue or offer a solution. I understand that policies exist, but given how prematurely these discs failed, I expected a bit more support and consideration.
It’s disappointing, as I trusted Sparesbox when making this purchase. I hope they reconsider their approach to customer service and better support.

Part 2 weeks late
Ordered a part I need to get my car running, was meant to arrive 2 weeks ago. Last update on the tracking was over 3 weeks ago and still nothing, emailed support 5 days ago and I've gotten no response at all and I'm reaching the point of asking for a refund. Whats the point of having support if your not going to respond

We’ve seen a sharp increase in customers reaching out about delayed parcels, particularly over the end of last week and the weekend, following courier impacts in QLD caused by Cyclone Alfred and the resulting flooding. It’s taken us longer than we would’ve liked to respond, and we’re sorry we didn’t get back to you on Friday.
Looking into your order, it was dispatched on the 3rd of March and received a scan on the 6th, but unfortunately didn’t receive any further tracking updates. Our team followed up with Couriers Please today and were advised that the parcel was damaged in transit. It wasn’t scanned as damaged at the time, which is normally what triggers a notification to us so we can reach out proactively, so we completely understand how disappointing this has been. We’ve passed this feedback on to the courier to help prevent situations like this in the future.
This isn’t the experience we want for our customers, and we’re genuinely sorry it’s played out this way. I will be in touch shortly with a voucher for a future purchase as we’d truly appreciate the opportunity to rebuild your trust in Sparesbox.
