SpareParts-Watches is an international website and webshop for watch parts and tools for the watchmaker. Based in The Netherlands, we cater for both the professional and the hobbyist. The company was founded about 30 years ago when it acquired the inventory of a major Dutch wholesaler called Faddegon & Kouw. This acquisition allows us to offer a unique "old" stock in addition to a modern collection of watch parts. Brands include ETA, AM, Rolex, Omega, Bergeon and many more.

Seiko 6R35 movement parts are difficult…
Seiko 6R35 movement parts are difficult to find, anywhere. As a hobbyist wanting to work on vintage and new, I am so happy Spareparts made available and immediately sent what I needed for a Seiko Alpinist not keeping good time. 4 days, from Netherlands to New Zealand. Very, very, very reliable supplier.

Pay for shipping with tracking and insurance to the USA. My order was lost in the NL mail system. Peter sent me a replacement order. Thanks
I ordered from another watch website in the Netherlands also at the same time with no tracking and insurance and it appears that the shipment was lost in the mail. Never thought that would happen.

Order with confidence. Living in the United States, I was a little leery of ordering parts from the Netherlands without a tracking number or insurance. However, the part arrived very well packaged and just a couple weeks. Would definitely order parts from in the future.

Bought an stem and don't arrived
Bought an stem and don't arrived. Seller claims that because my order was without tracking number there is no way they can support me. There is no proof the item was shipped, hence my 23 euro got lost. Black list vendor.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We find it very unfortunate that your order did not arrive. Unfortunately, when shipping worldwide, packages sometimes get lost.
As you mentioned, you chose shipping without track and trace. We offer this option as an economy option, since we understand that paying a lot for shipping for a single item like a stem is not always wanted.
We try to communicate the risk of this clearly by stating the option as: "Basic, no Track and trace, no insurance, all risk for buyer".
We offer two more shipping options. Standard shipping is slightly more expensive, but is insured and comes with track and trace. We also offer Express shipping with both insurance track and trace, in case you need your order to arrive quickly.
We hope that we can be of service to you in the future.

I contacted these guys to see if they could help me find parts for a 45 year old watch. Althought they didnt stock what I was looking for, they were incredibly helpful. Peter was the name of the person who helped me, giving me advice, suggestions, and sent me extracts from the original manufacturer's manual.

Affordable and rare parts
I emailed this company looking for parts for my old seiko rotocall (CALIBER A829). A day later they responded to me, saying the part would be in stock by the end of the week. After being notified it was in stock, i purchased it for an extremely reasonable price and received the item only days later. Excellent company that deserves more attention.
