I ordered an item on line. The item was too small so returned it. I then received a phone call from them to say I had raised a charge back. I dont even know what that is. I told them I hadn't and provided proof of posting. This was the 30th July. Still no refund 20th Sept and no communication back. The item is over £150. Really not happy. No money and no jacket. I wouldn't shop on linecwith them again.

Excellent products and lovely staff

Had to send the jacket back to exchange for a larger size the customer service is shocking they won’t discuss the order you have to email them then you still don’t get a reply. I’ve sent the jacket back they received it and I still don’t know what’s happening a week later 😔

I emailed a question regarding a possible purchase, the reply received was almost immediate which impressed me so much I simply had to order from them. Goods arrived next day and was exactly what I wanted. The blade hoodie is high quality with protection in all the right places yet is also quite casual and no one would suspect you had just got off a bike. I will be watching this company with a view to buying other goods in the future. Service at its best

I have had my Spada Hellion for about 6 months and need to fit a new visor, there were no instructions in the box.
I contacted Spada and their so called customer service advised me to pry off a cover with a flat screwdriver and this would expose a screw to remove the visor.
I followed the instructions and the cover broke into several pieces and guess what, no screw to remove the visor. So I am left with a new visor that cant be fitted and a helmet that is useless because of the broken cover. Spadas response to this was to offer me a new cover and for me to rebuild the damaged helmet. Impossible because the cover damaged the helmet where it supposedly clips into. So I am left with a damaged helmet and Spada dont care one jot about this. i will never buy from this company again. Customer service is pathetic and i suggest that their staff need some sort of product training before the give the wrong advice out again.

I ordered a bomber jacket and a new helmet from this supplier and they both came within two days of the order,The bomber jacket fitted perfectly,But the helmet was just a little too small,I ordered a medium size helmet and it was just a little tight, I contacted the supplier by phone and they sent me an email with the return address and I sent it back to change it for a large size which came back the next day and now also fits perfectly I will be ordering the gloves next as I think the quality of the products is very good,The service was outstanding thank you for your quick response kind regards

Excellent product ,good prices and very good customer service. I just wish the suppliers of spada in south wales had more options and the larger sizes to try on.

Bought one of their hoodies from a retailer a month ago. Came of my bike on Wednesday at around 20mph down a hill and my left arm is now minus several layers of skin. £120 wasted on a completely sub par product (for the speed I came off your hoodie should have easily held up based on your ratings). I have your chameleon sp18 helmet and now looking elsewhere for another as I have lost faith in your safety rated items

Great product that is very well made & at a great price, could have been 5 stars but the company let itself down by not replying to 2 emails I sent to them asking for assistance.

Love the MTB clothes. They wear and wash so well. Really comfie to wear. Perfect sizing. Always a bargain price. Shipped really fast too. You cannot go wrong with any of the clothes. I have most of them, shorts, socks, tops etc love them all.
