SOUTH RINGS ENERGY LTD Anmeldelser

Very professional company. We had 12 solar panels installed along with a battery. The installation took two days. From start to finish everything was smooth and seamless. The staff, both on site and in the office were excellent and very competent. The system is working and is producing far more energy than we use as a household so we are going to sell the excess back to the grid. I would highly recommend South Rings Energy.

Do not use this company after work in my home and faulty wirk my friends child foot went through flooring not put right and now refusing to fix the structural work I’m disabled and months on still got big hole in foot and ceiling this is on going you have been warned !!!

It’s a pleasure to give this company Steve and Danny, who fitted my mums heating from Start to finish it was so professional, from survey to fitting within a week my mum is 88 years old and was appreciative but they instantly put her at ease attentive and cleaned up any mess I would fully Recommend to anyone 5 Stars all round, thanks again Steve and Family

Heat Pump Installation and total replacement radiators. From the initial house survey by Mike, who was totally honest and did not try to hide the fact that the work would be disruptive for a week we were impressed by the firm. The work done by Zach, Steve Danny and Luke was done with an aim to limit the disruption and they were not fazed by the unexpected curveballs that the design of the house threw at them and worked hard to get the installation done within five working days. We were really impressed by their hard work.

We have just had fitted a combi boiler and gas central heating by Steve and Danny. They were so helpful with advice, definitely the A Team. Highly recommend South Rings Energy.

We recently had our old back boiler replaced with a new boiler from South Rings Energy.
Steve and Danny arrived on time, did an excellent job, were very friendly and explained the whole process. They were respectful of our property and tidied up afterwards.
All phone calls and emails were responded to promptly and efficiently.
We would highly recommend South Rings Energy.

Over a few weeks I had a new combi boiler installed, cavity wall insulation carried out and extractor fans in the bathroom and kitchen, and new radiator thermostats.
On all occasions when the work was to be carried out the teams arrived bang on time, explained what they would be doing, and did the work promptly. I was very pleased with the work done and would highly recommend.

South Rings Energy, were brilliant at my dad's house. They installed a brand new boiler as he had an old back boiler, they redid pipework and installed another radiator yoo. Steve and Danny were really nice guys throughout working there and cleaned up after.
An electrician came also and he did a great job
The loft insulation was also redone on another date and they did a fantastic job too. I would recommend these guys, it's a family run business and they were really trustworthy and respected my dad's property. Thank you also for keeping us informed about the works throughout.

I reported a noisy extractor fan at 12.30 today and got a phone call back within minutes. An electrician arrived at 1.45 and replaced the faulty unit. Exceptional customer service from South Rings. The electrician was courteous, diligent and explained what he was doing and did a fantastic job swapping the units. After replacing the fan he cleaned up after himself. I cannot praise the company enough. Nothing seems too much trouble for them.

Very good and helpful customer service. Pleased with work provided

South Rings have been great from start to finish. Really helpful when I had questions at the beginning and carried out the installation quickly and efficiently. Their guys have been very courteous and tidy throughout. The electrician who set it up (Luke) really knows his stuff, and did a very neat job too. Top quality kit and installation.
All round excellent.

Central heating complete system, cavity wall & loft insulation, trickle vents as required, faultless work enthusiastically carried all helpful team run by heating engineer Steven a consummate professional friendly attentive on time
No hesitation in recommending the company and again especially Steven 10/10

Brilliant from start to finish I.cant sing their praises high enough

I had a small issue where I had to pay the postage fee of £5 for a package they sent to me with no postage. One quick telephone call, spoke to Simon and sent him a picture of the package. By the next day the £5 was in my bank account.
No hassle at all and even received a written apology.

Nice people did a good job very clean and tidy no problems

Steven & Danny arrived very prompt and on time, from when they both walked through door they got down to do what They was doing and that was to install a combi boiler system….I could not fault either one of them they cleaned up when they had finished, Danny explained all the workings of the boiler and what needs to be filled in (when boiler is serviced) in service book Both a good set or workers would highly recommend them both to anyone who is interested in getting a combo fitted..
