Southend Smart Repairs Anmeldelser

Just got my MG back from Southend SMART Repairs and had to leave a review. We had an accident in the family car, damage to both doors on the passenger side and the rear bumper. Popped in to Southend SMART Repairs for a quote not really knowing what to expect. I wasn’t sure whether it could be repaired or whether a door would need replacing. It turned out the front door and bumper were repairable, but the rear door really needed replacing.

Given the cost of the damage I knew it’d have to go through insurance, and I really didn’t want to end up at one of their “approved” garages, I’d been through that before with a different car and it was a nightmare, took forever and the quality wasn’t great. Charlie was really good though, explained that even though they’re accredited to a certain standard, at the end of the day it’s my car and my choice who fixes it, doesn’t matter what my insurer prefers. All he needed from me was my claim reference number and he sorted the rest with the insurance company directly. Didn’t take long to give him my details and get some photos done either.

He mentioned they could sort a courtesy car if I needed one, which I didn’t in the end, but good to know it’s there. Insurance claim got authorised pretty quickly too, no messing about. Dropped the car off Monday, had it back Friday, good as new. Really pleased with how it all went, would use them again without a second thought.

My first impression was professionalism. I was totally reassured and felt my vehicle was in good hands, The team were friendly and my vehicle repair?…..Wow! You’d never know there had been any damage. I was so impressed and cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Have previously used Southend Smart repairs after my car was involved in accident,
The team were brilliant, exceptionally helpful, kept me updated throughout the process which was really appreciated during a stressful time and repaired the car to an excellent standard and within a few days,
I recently called them again regarding returning the car to lease company just for some advice as before they couldn’t be more helpful and went completely above and beyond,
It’s hard to find businesses where you feel that they are genuine and trustworthy when you have very limited knowledge so have to take what you are being told as best option but can honestly say with them I always feel they are genuine & trustworthy and would highly recommend to anyone, and will only use them in the future

The team did an excellent repair of my dent and scratch and the car looks as good as new This is the second time I have used Southend Smart Repairs and their service and workmanship is first class and the team are friendly and very helpful, I would not go anywhere else for car repair work.

I’m extremely impressed! From the first contact, the team were super friendly and professional, they booked me in quickly and quoted a great price. The repair was completed in no time and the quality of the work is outstanding; you genuinely can’t see the dent at all. Excellent service & results. Highly recommended!

Wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else. Work of highest quality by a friendly and professional team. Took my daughter’s car in after being damaged in car park. As usual culprit disappeared. They were able to polish out the scrape while we waited and then refused to take any money. This is second time I have used them and workmanship to the highest standard.

Very easy to book in ,sent pics of damage and they quoted me over the phone which was very reasonable
Read there online reviews as I’m a first time customer and wanted my golf bumper looking good as new
Well this company will not disappoint
They done an amazing job at a great price
And all within 2 days
No need to look elsewhere for body repairs these are definitely the guys to use
Thanks for making my car look amazing!!!

Been to Charlie & Sam before so knew I would get a great job done, had booked my car in for work & when I dropped it off noticed the front wing had been scraped as I was going, the lads sorted that as well for a very good price. If you're looking for body repairs/panel painting in the area, this is the place to go,they are really helpful & very good on pricing the job fairly.

My van was in for an insurance repair, the guys were friendly and welcoming when first approached and explained a lot of details to me helping me to understand the process which my insurance company didn't. They had the van in for 4 days and went above and beyond in repairing the old girl as it also had an EML on which they diagnosed the problem. The paint was finished to an immaculate standard which is a task as the van is metallic silver and blend quality was fantastic. On completion they gave me a call I went down within a couple of hours and again the customer service was on point. Even took in the hire van for return.
All round great job definitely 5 stars 💯

When someone banged into the back of my car, I decided to give Smart Repairs a try. It was a great experience. Nice people, they booked me in quickly, I was able to borrow a courtesy car, and the repairs were as good as new. I’ll definitely go back to them with any future body work!

I recently had my Audi A1 repaired by Southend Smart Repairs, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The body damage was extensive, but their team delivered pristine results that made my car look brand new. The affordability of their service was a major plus, saving me thousands of pounds compared to other quotes I received. From start to finish, the outstanding service provided was commendable. The staff were professional, friendly, and highly skilled, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. Southend Smart Repairs exceeded my expectations with their exceptional work and commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of high-quality, affordable car repairs. Their expertise and dedication to excellence make them a top choice for vehicle restoration.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Everything was done very quickly from booking my car in to the work being carried out and completed. I was even given a courtesy car! Nothing was too much trouble. I got my car back in immaculate condition they even gave it a beautiful wash! My car is good as new again!
Such a friendly team i would never go anywhere again 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

These guys are superb. Knowledgeable, nice to work with, really professional. I had only previously had my Lexus repaired by Lexus itself but this repair was at least as good and twice as fast and efficient. I would also follow their advice on using claims management agencies rather than insurance for no fault claims. It worked really smoothly. Their premises are so clean and organised it looks more like a hospital than a workshops. And my car came away looking like new. A great experience.

I have been going to this place for a long time as the work they do is amazing and they deliver excellent customer service. They far surpass any bodywork repair or general paintwork repair that a main dealership would offer. They are very reasonably priced for the excellent quality they deliver. I went for the diamondbrite paint protection; it's fantastic. If you are considering getting paint protection or any bodywork I'd fully recommend these guys. Avoid main dealership bodyshops or dealership paint protection schemes as they are inferior to the amazing service and products that this company provide. So pleased with what they have done. Thank you so much!

Great customer service. They did an amazing job respraying the whole side of my large SUV. Unbelievable paint match. Large dents and deep scratches totally dissappeared. Looks like a brand new car. Excellent in every respect. Don't waste your time and money chasing around for lowest quotes. They are the best by far. Would highly recommend this family run firm.

RECOMMEND! RECOMMEND! Family run business - I took my Hyundai i10 in to Purdey's Way Rochford, where they are situated - for a small repair which they did whilst I waited and also fixed another small problem to do with the indicators. Very professional, polite, friendly - and helpful - I have been exploited many times in the past by unscrupulous business people - so it was very refreshing to find such a good reputable company as this. Thank you Southend Smart Repairs!

Fantastic job from Charlie and the team at Southend Smart Repairs. They made the whole process seamless and simple from start to finish, and my car looks brand new! Thanks Guys

Amazing. The team at SSR go above and beyond to cater to my wants and needs. They have completed the work to the highest standard and have been professional through out. My car looks better than it did new thanks to the hard work of Matt and the team. The only place I’d recommend. Don’t waste your time or money going elsewhere you’ll only end up here for them to fix it after like so many before you.

I used Southend Smart Repairs this month to repair some damage to my car including a complex chunk taken out of the car. Sam and Charlie were very helpful and accommodated my needs and got the car in to fix very quickly. Their communication and service have been brilliant. They even lent me a courtesy car whilst mine was being fixed, washed my car and cleaned the inside, they have gone above and beyond. I received plenty of communication, a detailed invoice and they even fixed the car quicker than anticipated. The repairs are fantastic, you wouldn’t be able to tell the damage was even there, the car looks brand new! Thanks Southend Smart Repairs for a fantastic job.

I’d highly recommend Southend Smart Repairs and will use them again for any body work repairs in the future.

The team at Southend SMART Repairs recently repaired my BMW X1. Their estimate was very reasonable, and the team was friendly and approachable. I was very pleased with the quality of the repair and the colour match, as I’ve had that problem with another garage before. Thanks again Southend SMART Repairs!
