Sourceful were absolutely amazing in guiding me through the the process of getting my packaging made exactly the way I envisaged it. I was very specific about my desired outcome and they made it happen. I’m also pleased to say I did have a slight complication during this exchange, “why on earth would you be pleased?”you ask, because the efficiency and professionalism shown by Sourceful through how quick and affectively they we’re able to resolve the situation was 2nd to none.

In addition the packaging I ordered for my business were just perfect, the colours were vibrant (even the black pops). Everything was exactly as I had specified. The boxes are easy to assemble, no complications. Delivery was on time. A1 customer service (shout to Clemence 🌟) and all this comes with such competitive pricing for big and small businesses.

Long story short, these guys are great, go find out for yourself! I’m glad I did!

We have ordered a few different products from Sourceful. Their design team is extremely talented and their service is incredible - very helpful, knowledgeable and speedy. This always results in fantastic quality of products. Charlie and Rich have been a pleasure to work with and we will happily continue to order with them for the foreseeable.

Excellent service. I ordered a multiple of different products from the Sourceful. Charlie in particular did a fabulous job in making sure that deadlines were met as well as my expectations.

Sourceful have been a great company to deal with, from start to finish. They were very clear with the timescales of delivery, and in fact items arrived slightly earlier than planned - which is a bonus!

Quality of the product is top notch. The worry with lower priced products is poor quality and high environmental impact, the boxes we received are strong, sturdy and were delivered + manufactured in a less carbon intensive way than most other suppliers we have come across.

There was one minor issue, but unlike many other companies Sourceful were quick to deal with the problem and went above and beyond to rectify it all. A rare trait in a company.

Will without a doubt be using them again. Charlie and Yangfan have been a pleasure to deal with.

After looking for a company that would offer customised box designs for ages, I've finally found Sourceful. The 3D preview tool they have on their website is absolutely amazing! They also have amazing customer service, they helped me throughout the design process, they answered every question I had with ease, and their friendliness was 10/10!
