Terrible interview experience and non-existent support.
I just completed the AI interview process to apply for a full stack developer role. Once I hit complete, the page refreshed and removed all my code. I then went back to the main page to check submission and was told my interview had been cancelled due to too many tabs opened. I went back to the main page since nothing refreshed on the interview tab and my application doesn't exist.
This is unacceptable, I spent over an hour of my time on this process and I have nothing to show for it.
I attempted to contact support but their tawk.to integration is broken and doesn't save the form correctly.
Actual humans are applying for jobs so please seriously consider what message you're sending to would-be applicants by using services like this.
