Even one star is too much but no other option.Disgusting company and even more disgusting staff working there,They have no clue about their work,not helping with anything!!!!
My wife has been charged 3 times!!!! Twice £25 pre authorisation fee and £18 actual charge cost, after calling them
Multiple times each time they change version of their lies!!! After 4th attempt to get money back I have been told that I have to just go to bank to ask them for money back and after heated exchange I have been told that actually she has been charge due to error in NOVEMBER this is BONKERS!!!! On one side they claim that no history of payments is store in their system and no card details of customers and on the other hand they come up with nonsense like 4 month ago there has been error and you haven’t paid so now AFTER 4month we take money I mean what!?!?!?!? So how magically You all of sudden know that I haven’t paid 4 month ago of no history is store apparently!?!? PURE BONKERS AND LIES!!!!!!! Avoid at any cost otherwise they will stole your hard earned money and than will be refusing to give you back!!!!

Before the rebrand these chargers worked without issue. Not the cheapest and not the fastest but in decent locations and worked well.
The rebrand is poor. The chargers are either broken or not working and the payment methods you can use are always out of order. Pushing you to sign up on an app instead of just tap to pay.
When you do have an issue you get on the phone to someone who generally has no clue how these work and clearly isn’t even given a script. You explain the issue and they are utterly clueless. Cases are raised to fix something with no eta given.
Deleted my app and account an will never grace them with my money again. They will go very much the same way as ChargePlace Scotland shortly and fall apart from the top down.
Stick with fastened and IONITY
2nd attempt at using the charging station using the regulations to the word and kept saying at payment stage card not connecting and yet it takes the £45. Changed stations twice again card not connecting, took another 2x £45, not impressed and helpline "not helpful", "try another charger"... Why bother buying an EV car especially when unhelpful staff, think I was interrupting their Sunday lunch!!!
When I first started using these chargers they were fine, no hassle. Then they were ‘updated’ it’s more miss than hit , takes multiple £45 then tells you card not accepted. I try several different charging units and they all say the same before even getting the card out of my bag!, on the rare occasion I get success it will stop charging randomly. Such a shame as this charging area is so convenient as it has The Range, Dunelm, B&M etc. (Always end up buying stuff ) But no more , I really can’t cope with the stress of charger rejection. Gordano Services is by far better ( and cheaper) chargers in the area .
