Never have i ever felt the urge to write and say this but this restaurant is the nobu of levantine or shall I call it Middle eastern fusion food.
We ate as an extended family of 6 for lunch and every dish was superrrbbb! The sauces contradicts your expectations in the most unexpected but pleasing way. The decor looks expensive and its not cheap in cost although the $20 lunch special with a drink is a steal .if your a person who is prepared to pay a little extra for quality , this is the restaurant for you!!
I cant heap enough praise to the owner and staff .
This restaurant is not about the vibe or some view that makes up for average food. The food here is sensational. The lamb was juicy but the accompanying sauce was fantastic. Even the vegetable s tasted great for a carnivore likeness. My mother is the biggest fuss pot and 99% of the time complains as she is a vegan absolutely loved the food. We had all 4 deserts and shared and even the sour sorbet grows on you with the ice cream.
Perfect for romantic dates or family get together, not loud and even the ac was working well on a 40c day to make tou feel comfortable. Toilets were spotless too.
Do your self a favour. Its a 10/ 10 for me.100% ill be back

It’s now known as Amazon.eg, and shopping here is always a great experience! They have an amazing variety of products, from the latest electronics to stylish home goods. Delivery was super reliable, which is always a huge plus for me! I did notice a few stock shortages here and there, but honestly, it didn’t take away from the awesome selection they offer. Highly recommend checking it out if you want to find something special! 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I bought a stainless shower caddy, after five weeks it had started to go rusty, I used eBay's return system, the credit I got was only 75%--25% was deducted because the returned item was rusty--I was told it was not how I recieved it.
I would not ever use these people again.

Trying to turn this product on is very difficult. It turns on sometimes other times nothing. I followed the instructions and hit the start button twice but again sometimes it works but most times nothing happens. I am very disappointed

Material was partially broken, and I called them. But they did nothing.

Excellent food and service. We loved it.

Fraudulent companies like The Sooq. Sell you custom made products that are broken and refuse to replace or refund you. Lesson learned is you must always buy from big reputable companies always because they know customer care and good service.

Your website is not eligible for the one star atleast, worst service and delivering fake product to the customer including me, I was trying to contact to your website, emails, calls etc, but nothing progress worst service, staff is not manners how to talk with customers in phone call, misbehaviour if I start to write something then the whole book I should write about fraud and selling wrong products to customers

Tried several times was good
When there is a problem i return the objects and the mony is back to the credit card

I tried this app first to buy an Nespresso machine which had complementary Capsules- unfortunately it was stolen although it’s written on the box that two capsule boxes are included - same happened with my brother when he ordered Nespresso machine. I decided never to buy from them but my husband who didn’t know about the previously mentioned incident revived a notification offer from souq telling him that there is 90% discount on JBL Bluetooth speaker he bought it and when he received it he found it fake and unauthentic- I am trying to return the item but I really don’t have high hopes for this companies return policy since they don’t have at the beging any policies that would protect us from imposters. Whom they allowed to pot of their app- Souq.com in the first place.
Please avoid this app and stay safe .

very bad company with scamers sellers and bad service

one of the most frustrating experiences I ever had is with their customer support.
Twisting their words and blaming me for what their website state!.
My order had fulfilled by souq and delivered damaged yet they want me to contact the seller and deal with them on my own when their website clearly state if it has fulfilled by souq they do that process themselves otherwise what is the point!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I've been an amazon prime user and subscriber for several years both in the UK and US. NOTHING could have prepared me for how terrible this service is. Prepare for your items to NEVER ARRIVE without notification. Prepare for them to RETURN your orders without explanation even after you've been charged. Disgustingly weak. THE ONLY PIECE OF ADVICE I CAN GIVE YOU IS TO SELECT CASH, NOT CARD, BECAUSE YOUR ITEM WILL NEVER ARRIVE. I have tried ordering with them on 3 separate occasions in multiple locations and its always the same. Either never arrives, or your order randomly gets cancelled. They should close their service until they can sort this out, embarrassing for amazon to even be affiliated to this mess.

I ordered one mobile phone I put sim and start it work for 3 to 4 hour and off again I try to start but phone not stating I checked charging also not working waste waste I ask u one thing y u cheat like this to a customer I trust this aap n ordered but u cheated I want my phone replaced.....👎

Souq Egypt is not reliable. I ordered a TV from them and received a different one valued at half the price. I have returned it and the supplier has not accepted it. I believe it is fraud and the supplier is intentional. Customer service is still trying to resolve. This is holding up my money and I need a refund immediately. The supplier ElSawalhy1is committing fraud and souq needs to respond quicker. Very disappointed :(
