Yantara Jiro is the most incredible teacher. Not only is he the kindest, most beautiful and talented soul, but he also highly skilled at teaching the practical technical side of sound healing. I feel I knew nothing about how to really play my bowls until I did my courses at Sound Universe. Here, I was taught how to play them beautifully and maximise their healing potential for the listeners. Kate and Mayra, the rest of the team, are so helpful, patient, understanding and reliable. The email communication has always been so effortless, no question is too stupid to be asked, and you really feel looked after as a student. I have nearly finished Course II and am looking forward to Course III. Meanwhile, I have started giving sound baths, and the response was incredible. Sound Universe gave me the skills and confidence to put myself out there. I highly recommend them!
I joined Kate's Breath and singing Bowls evening on Zoom, and found it fantastic. I have had a tough time in the past week whilst in lockdown and really struggled to see the positive. After the evening of healing work and relaxation something shifted and I found a sense of peace and calm that I hadn't felt for months. I have kept my equilibrium since and have been able to resume a more normal life, and motivated to restart my activities. I can highly recommend the event and will for sure join the next one.
Yantara Jiro is such a pleasure to study with. A meticulous mystic who is well educated in the sciences as well as eastern philosophies, and the religious, metaphysical and esoteric realms. Yantara is the embodiment of love and kindness, full of laughter and joy.
His curiosity and endless energy is what makes him such an inspiring teacher and mentor. He is fully grounded while being absolutely connected to vast unknown that surrounds us.
I have studied with Yantara in England for two years now in energy work, as well as techniques and philosophies of Sound Healing, it been totally worth crossing the ocean to attend these courses.

Hi joined one of Kate’s Zoom Sound Healing sessions whilst in Lockdown. It was still as powerful as when I was at her studio. Kate holds the space so beautifully, I met people from around the world and then Kate played the bowls and I totally relaxed like I’ve not done for a long time. Really recommend Kate’s sound healing events and she’s a gem to find in these times.
The awesome Kate Stewart led a
introduction to Sound meditation for my team at MediaCom (approx 30). The team comprises of some that are already engaged with meditation and mindfulness but also allot that aren't. The way way Kate explained the science behind her practice and the clear benefits really engaged those that may of been a little on the fence with it all and changed quite a few pre conceived ideas. Really impressive knowing some of them are quite tuck in their ways. The feedback following the session was overwhelming with many messages of how they felt the immediate benefits of the 25 min taster and a enthusiasm to find out more. Yantara’s teaching is exceptional! Yantara emanates mastery in all of life and studying with him has been life-changing on many dimensions.
