Complete scammers I used their audio from the Power Director 365 license as music to use. But then they automatically claim my video's ad revenue DESPITE having a license with Power Director and paying extra to use their music. HATE these scumbag thieves, they should be reported and shut down for fraud. I hate this shady behavior so much.

Very unprofessional!! They are not selling copy right free music!!! You can not do a simple audio video in YouTube!! I have a personal case with them! That they requested 4 videos to be deleted from my accounts!!

They advertise free soundtracks, then take your info and charge you. Worse, apparently they sell your info because I'm suddenly getting spam emails.

If I can give a zero, I would. They hide a very important info in terms of use, not under your plan. They will block your videos on you tube. Most of music are generic, I got 10 different artists with the same music.

Have been taking money from my account without my permission for two years.
I canceled in 2020 and they can see I have not used my account since and yet they have been taking money from my account?
To me this is theft.

I've been using Sound Stripe for a few years. The music for my type of projects is great. However, there's been a few times that I noticed my playlists were getting smaller... I would spend hours finding music for different types of projects only to come on a couple months later to see that the songs were now missing. I asked customer support if they were aware of this and they couldn't tell me straight up that they do "archive" songs so they disappear. Instead, they asked me a couple times to provide them songs so they could research this... First off, that could take several hours on my end because I do a few thousand video edits a year and subscribe to a few copyright free libraries. Secondly, its a simple yes or no answer now that I know the answer. I went back and forth with the support for about 10 minutes. Every video editor knows how many hours it can take to find good music and to find out they are "archiving" songs over time without letting us know is really annoying. The fact they wasted my time to get a response is also annoying. They said they'd pass the conversation to management, but I doubt it.

Scam, if you try to cancel they try to give you a partial refund without your consent, despite not using any of the music. I managed to get a full refund by telling them how the law works, but not a good use of my time, nor yours. Avoid

Quite time consuming to find the music that you like/need, it gets copyright claims on Youtube but they cover it, so you do not need to worry about it.

Misleading 30 Days refund policy. It is not very clear and there are lot of arguments being done when refund is asked for.

Came here after using Musicbed (horrid - don't do it) and have had nothing but a good time! Honest and clear prices. You can cancel whenever. Way better music selection and great search engine! Thank you for saving me!

Brilliant site and music etc but needs clarifying about what you can do with the music. I had a copyright claim on a youtube video when using the free plan.

I love soundstripe. Especially their support. They are easy to get in touch with. They reply to messages within minutes especially within their duty time.

They have no excuses, and answer the questions straight to the point.

The service is good but they have a billing system that it's made to trick you and make you pay always without helping you removing the subscription.
Also, once you add the payment method it's impossible to remove it... this is really really BAD for me. I will never again use it if they don't update this problems.. Still trying to figure out why I still pay if I removed the subscription weeks ago...

Canceled my membership over the phone and then didn’t check back to make sure they got canceled. Then noticed 8 months later I’d been paying them still every month. Called back and spoke to a guy named Erik who said pretty much nothing he can do!!! Craziest part after that was he started watching what I Downloaded... I started downloading a bunch of songs to use for a future project since they’d been charging me and then he emailed me and said “just so you know you can only use those songs for the title you named them for”. The guy was watching me!!!! So creepy and such a scumbag company when it comes to taking your money. Kind of bummed because the site is actually good but it’s all for nothing when they just wanna be scumbags and steal your money. I would have been back off an on for years with them but I guess they rather steal those extra months then have my money for years to come.

Amazing music provider!!! lots of new songs !!!! easy to navigate,fun to use,and very fairly priced for what you get!!!

After requesting support regarding copyright. I haven’t heard from customer support for months.

My name is Philip Papalostas. I was a member of soundstripe for a year until last January. I didn't have to pay for a year again. Today i paid for a month because i want to use some songs for a video. Soundstripe dont allow me to do anything. A message appears at subscription area that says: Your last payment failed. Please update your card to pay off your delinquent invoice. Why i have to pay any delinquent invoice? Why i paid for a month and i can't download a song? And if there is any delinquent invoice which i can't understand what is it, why soundstripe accepted with no problem the 15$ for the monthly package? I sent an email and they didn't answered me. Live chat also is closed. I want to continue with my work and i can't. I am stongly dissapointed.

I've just signed up and must rely on them for help learning the system but......they don't have free trials and don't have tutorials so it's hard to get beyond hurdles in learning.
Their chat system usually brings a quick and polite response but chatting is incredibly slow and cumbersome. Often one can't fully describe a problem situation without spending 'all day' typing. A customer service voice conversation would be much more helpful in dynamic problem solving. They do show a phone number but try to reach them outside convenient [for them !] limited operating hours is useless. C'mon, Soundstripe, not everyone does their music work between 9 and 5 !!
Usually one just has to click on every icon in a software interface to find the functionality one needs but not with Soundstripe. The most basic functions are not to be found : how to delete a song from a playlist, to move a song between playlists, to rename a playlist,and to move a song from a playlist into iTunes to use in a video created in one's photo editing software. Does one download the song first or obtain a license first? - no instruction from Soundstripe.
The music sounds great in the trial listening sessions but getting to use it successfully is much more frustrating. If I can get past my problems with Soundstripe I'll repost hopefully better results. But, for now, it's just an "average" rating or maybe a bit less.
