transfered around 600EUR for a seemingly legit website for guitar and case...about 5 days after transfer I still havent recieved any tracking code. No answer on phone...seeing other cases here, Im dreadfully thinking I will never see a money return...

Lost all my money, always delayed delivery of amp that they never intended to deliver. Refused refund.
Be ware and stay away!
I have reported the site to police and to the Internet Crime Complaint Center.
Just to warn others, no hope of getting my money back

Did you eventually receive the goods from those thieves and scammers? Or did you get your money back?

Criminal organization, probably connected to the local mafia. Do not buy anything from them, you will never see the product you paid for or any refund!

Zostałem oszukany przez sklep internetowy Soundsound Store. 17 kwietnia 2026 zamówiłem gitarę ESP LTD Alexi Hexed i dokonałem przelewu na kwotę  1529,45 euro czyli 6 775,16 zł na odbiorcę: SMARTEK SRLS Contrada Calice. Dostałem informację że termin wysyłki jest planowany na 25 maja, a 26 maja po wcześniejszym upomnieniu się dostałem informację że termin wysyłki jest przesunięty na 23 czerwca. Po fakcie doszukałem się opinii innych klientów tego sklepu i dowiedziałem się ,że tak zwodzonych za nos jest dużo więcej osób. Nie kupujcie w tym sklepie to jacyś cholerni oszuści !!!!

Od Kwietnia nic się nie zmieniło po dzień dzisiejszy, ani zwrotu pieniędzy ani gitary . Zamówienie zostało usunięte z historii zakupów na stronie tego badziewnego złodziejskiego sklepu. Dziwi tylko fakt że to cholerstwo jeszcze istnieje w internetach

I ordered in April for 460 euros, which I transferred. At first they were very difficult to write, they would only send it on June 8th, then they said July 3rd. Now it's August 1st.
They stole my money and don't want to refund it. This is an Italian company soundsound.com. I'm contacting the EU consumer protection authority. Fraudsters!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! It’s a scam. I paid 409 euros for a speaker cabinet at the end of March and was promised it would take 4 days to ship and deliver. The dispatch date was then moved to end of April When that date arrived I received another email saying it will be dispatched at the end of May. Then another email dispatch date is 19th of June. I have emailed them 5 times for an update but Radio silence, no reply. On their website I now have no orders showing against my account. If you bought anything from them BE AWARE THAT YOU ONLY HAVE 120 DAYS TO ASK YOUR BANK TO RECOVER THE FUNDS FROM THEIR BANK. THIS IS THE REASON THEY KEEP PUSHING OUT THE DELIVERY DATE. DO NOT DELAY, CONTACT YOUR BANK FRAUD AND SCAM DEPARTMENT IMMEDIATELY AND START A DISPUTE. Hopefully my bank can recover my payment from their bank but I need to wait for confirmation of that. I will be report them to all the relevant authorities in the hope they will not be able to scam other Musicians.

Seem to be scammers. On my way to the police station tomorrow. They take your money, give you BS dates and don't send Items. Unbelievable that this can go unpunished. I am going to pester everyone within the payment chain until I get my money back.

Do not order from this company.
They appear to be scammers I placed an order on the 17th March for some software £111.41 using S.E.P.A and i still haven't received the goods.
When I contact them they just send the same email with a new delivery date on 23rd April,20th May,10thJune and now 9th July.
On the website says item in stock I've asked for a refund and say its not company policy.
Going by other reviews it looks like they take your money and not send the goods.

Me ocurre lo mismo, hice un pedido de un piano y una banqueta en enero y van posponiendo la entrega mes a mes. He ido al banco a solicitar la devolución de la transferencia por fraude y me han indicado que tengo que ir a la Policía Nacional a poner una denuncia.

DO NOT BUY – Repeated Delays and Refund Refused
I ordered a Roland FP10-BK on January 5, 2026 (Order PZXJQBHBR). After taking my payment of 368.10 €, this company has repeatedly moved the shipping date (from February to March, and now April). When I requested a cancellation and refund due to these delays, they refused, claiming orders are "binding"—despite failing to deliver the product for over two months.
They are holding my money hostage and ignoring consumer protection laws. I have been forced to initiate a bank dispute/chargeback and report them to the European Consumer Centre. Avoid this shop at all costs.

Lamentablemente si has comprado aquí. Al igual que a todos los que escribimos entre los cuales me incluyo. Te han estafado. En mi caso compré un producto en diciembre de más de 1500 €. Me emitieron factura y todo parecía legal. Desde entonces todos los meses me envían un correo posponiendo la fecha de envío un mes más tarde, así llevamos cinco meses. Le clavas la devolución y te dicen que sí, pero que cuando recibas el producto, vamos, que es una estafa. Lo que no entiendo cómo sigue funcionando. Lo mejor es que empecemos todos a denunciar. Es lo que recomienda Policia, que se acumulen denuncias para que así quizá se consiga algo…

De momento, aunque es una tienda “real” y todo el proceso es normal y los precios encajan (son precios creíbles) todo apunta a que es una estafa. Las dudas comienzan después de realizar el pedido. Hasta reconocen haber recibido el pago y envían una factura que parece legal. Si envías una petición de contacto te contestan pero solo es la recepción de la petición. Ganar (o mejor dicho perder) tiempo para que pasen los días y no sea posible recuperar el dinero. Pero es curioso que ya no hay más información sobre el envío ni cuando se va a recibir, hasta envían un correo diciendo que tienes los productos en el carrito pendientes de pago. Cuando haces en la web una petición de contacto, no te deja escribir tu referencia de pedido y aunque adjuntas la factura, después no consta en la comunicación. Aquí es cuando ves que es una estafa seguramente porque las cosas comienzan a no encajar. Luego he visto las reseñas… he indagado más a fondo y la sociedad tiene muy pocos meses de vida. Aunque la tienda virtual tiene una gama completa de música, instrumentos, etc tienen redes sociales, pero está claro que no tienen movimiento apenas de publicaciones. Viéndolo después tiene todo el aspecto de ser ficticio, muy trabajado pero ficticio. Un disgusto muy grande. No creo que se pueda hacer nada. Un desastre.

I am having the same experience as the other reviews noted. My order was supposed to be shipped on February 19th, and upon writing them a few days after the provided shipping date, I was informed that it would be shipped a month later because they apparently didn't have the product on hand when I placed the order. No shipping numer or order number was ever provided. Currently asking for a refund, and waiting for a reply. Nobody is answering when calling the phone number provided on the website either...

Same experience as in other comments. I ordered and payed an item which was "on stock" but they kept on postponing the delivery. I now have asked for a refund.

Same experience as previous review. Product was supposed to available when I ordered in December. I still did not receive it, each month, I receive a mail postponing delivery 1 month later. And I cannot be refunded. I payed 644 € maybe for nothing. I’m afraid this is a fake web site… I‘ll update my review if I get good news from them…

I purchased an audio product from this website because it was clearly advertised as “in stock” with fast delivery.

Payment (€710) was made via SEPA bank transfer.

After payment was completed, I was informed that the product was not actually in stock.

Later, I received written confirmation that the item would be shipped on February 19th. No shipment occurred. No tracking number was provided. No explanation was given.

I formally requested a refund since the product was not available as advertised. The refund was refused, citing “company policy”.

Communication then stopped.

There is also a discrepancy between the commercial website name and the legal entity receiving the payment, which raises concerns regarding transparency.

I am still awaiting either valid proof of shipment or a refund.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this seller.
