Problem sorted!
This is a follow-up to my initial review dated December 2022 where I only received Volume 2 of the Liturgical Hymn Books. The company through Philomena contacted me and did everything they could to rectify the issue. Today, March 6, 2023 I can confirm that I received the two volumes. Thank you so much Sound Shop! Thank you for keeping me updated and doing your best to supply me the product!

Fantastic service.
I ordered an Ozark Mandolin online at 1pm on Thursday, it arrived just after midday on Friday to south-west Kerry. Unbelievable service, especially considering it wasn't in stock and not expected to arrive for 2-3 months! Very happy. Also staff very helpful and friendly when I rang for info.

Above and beyond just doesn't cover the service I received from The Sound Shop team. My order was hand delivered to my house in Dublin after a problem with the courier company. Beyond happy the gift arrived in time for Christmas.
