am writing to express my frustration regarding an ongoing issue with an order I placed for earphones with a C-type connection port. Despite ordering the product labeled accordingly, I was informed that the correct item—contradictorily—has a code ending in D. This inconsistency has caused significant confusion and inconvenience.

When I highlighted the issue, I was told I would need to cover the return shipping costs myself, despite the error not being mine. While I disagreed with this resolution, I had no choice but to comply. I returned the item, provided all the necessary details, and requested either a refund or the correct C-port earphones to be sent. However, since then, I have received no response or resolution from your team, even as I continue to receive review requests for this unresolved transaction.

The lack of communication and organization displayed in handling this matter is deeply disappointing. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue—either the correct earphones delivered to me or a full refund for the returned product. Please address this matter urgently and confirm the next steps.

Over the past three weeks, I have sent three emails regarding my issue, yet your response suggests I should “reach out”—as though I haven’t been doing exactly that. This is not only dismissive but also shows a lack of respect for your customers.

If you had reviewed my correspondence, you would see that I have made multiple attempts to contact you, and it is becoming increasingly clear that my emails are being systematically ignored. To add to this, I provided the tracking information for the returned product, yet no action has been taken to issue my refund. Your failure to address my concerns, coupled with the tone of arrogance in your responses, is both unprofessional and unacceptable.

For the record, the product was returned the same day it was received, and I am still waiting for my refund. It is now your responsibility to act promptly, honor my consumer rights, and process my refund without further delay.

E10 in ear phones have an excellent sound stage. From Bass through mid range to the top end - beautifully balanced. Great value. Great product.

Honestly the earphones are great in a sence that they have good quality sound and smooth playable sound basse perfect for an all in expirence making them good for any type of music.

I’d probably say more 4.9 (product) but 5* for everything else!

I’ve used Sennheiser CX 80s for a while, and I love them, however when my second pair just stopped working for the 2nd time in a year (1st pair had the same fate) Figured it was time to move on. The E11s came super highly rated, and they are fantastic for the price point, and very much recommend 👍 minus 0.1 just because the cable noise can be quite intense, and it has a mind of its own 😂 which can make bundling the headphones up a little tricky! The little carry case is a lovely touch too really like that.
