I am re-writing this review to amend my part in wrongly disparaging this business. While there were functional issues with the product itself, the customer service i recieved was outstanding, considerate, and generous. I apologise to the team at SoundMagic for my previous review and 1 star rating and reviewing the product and not the service. Thank you for your service and for informing me on the proper use of these review platforms.

I am very impressed with my purchase (especially at this price-point). I bought them after reading a recommendation in What Hi-Fi and bought them wondering if I could improve my experience of using a pair of Klipsch which are 4-5 years old and which cost almost double. I’ve had a love-hate relationship with them, the main gripes being they need to be driven hard with the volume cranked up on my IPhone 14 leading to fatigue after relatively short listening sessions.
Around 4-5 days in and that is not presenting itself as a problem with the E11C’s!! I’m finding I can enjoy my vast iTunes library for longer and in greater comfort and it is noticeable that I can lower the volume a good couple of notches on said IPhone. I have even just out of curiosity dug out my 20 yrs old (ish) Sony Discman and am having a blast pairing it with the E11C’s and rediscovering how good old-fashioned physical media can be as as opposed to the download/stream!!
So, I’m lovin’ it!!
My ONLY reason for a 4 ⭐ is my overall confidence in the construction of the E11C’s. I’m quite nervous handling them, they feel delicate and a little flimsy to me, noticeable when moving from the Klipsch, that’s all. Overall then, good job guys!!

Im happy with the product but it took an age to arrive.

Great sound! I originally ordered the SONY MDR-EX650 and had to return them for a slight electric hissing and poor bass so I was sceptical about ordering a similar product like this but wow was I wrong. These have been amazing. No tinny sounds, no electric feedback, just simple good audio, would definitely recommend!

Fast delivery good quality

Decided to start using wired headphones again after getting fed up of bluetooth ones and picked these up based on good reviews. They're fantastic! Hard to imagine finding better at this price.

Wow, these headphones are seriously amazing. This is the first time I’ve tried corded phones with a type c plug with the d to a converter in the plug and it’s so convenient for iPhones and modern pc’s. The headphones sound phenomenal, equally as good as the external dac and in ear monitors I was using before at £700. These are a seriously good bit of kit and very good value at £40. You will not be disappointed. Buy direct from Soundmagic’s website though, so you get originals, then enjoy.

Just purchased new S20BT my 5th Sound Magic earphones and, I think, my 3rd S20s.
The first 3 pairs lasted well for relatively affordable products, and I really loved the sound. The last pair of S20s only lasted about 14 months though. The on /off button packed up, which pissed me off mightily.

It was a while before the black model was back in stock, during which I found another 'value' brand that sound just as good, but were less comfortable to wear.

I still really like the sound of my S20BTs, but I'm seriously hoping durability has improved.

Great headphones, especially for the price. The website was straightforward to use and the headphones arrived quickly. The ear buds are quite large, even using the smallest cover, so whilst they fit fine whilst I am sitting down, I have not had a chance to do anything active yet. But the sound quality is good.

Began using SoundMagic in-ear headphones about a decade ago on the advice of a pro musician friend and couldn't be happier, to the extent that I've been buying them for relatives for Christmas and birthdays. The sound quality, clarity and bass at the price point verges on the unreal. I’ve tried various models and even the basic E50s beat the competition hollow. Buy with confidence.

Con - The company says that custom charges applied is mentioned in policy but my concern is why are they not displayed upfront at the time of purchase. Had I known that custom charges will be 34% of cost of the product for shipping to India, I would have simply bought a refurbished product at 1/5 of the total cost in India itself.

Pros - The headset is great. No complaints. This is my 4th piece. The only reason I ordered from abroad is because I was only getting refurbished product in my location since the product has been discontinued. Had I known the cost difference, I would have taken a different call.
