Terrible. Wrong item sent. Won’t return messages when trying to contact

I only received three of the four items and one of those was broken. I reached out numerous times but their e-mail address does not work and they have never responded to my inquiries sent directly on their website. This company is a total scam…. Been supposedly going out of business for months now! Still get emails looking for me to buy more….are they kidding?!? Buyer beware!

I purchased a bracelet the beginning of March. I can’t get into the stupid tracking system they use. I have sent numerous emails; nobody gets back to you. The phone number is out of service too. What a 💩💩 company

This is a scam!!’ I have tried to contact them thru email several occasions and they do not return with an answer. I paid in good faith and as of 6 weeks later no product! DO NOT BUY from them.

I got one of the 4 items I ordered. The rest never came. Tried calling, emailing to no avail. Filed a fraud report with my credit card and got a refund.

I purchased a pendant with chain and a dog paw windchime on Feb 4th 2026. It said both are sterling silver which I know the pendant and chain are not. I received the pendant and chain Feb 14th 2026 The email said shipping one item of the 2. I was charged for both and I still have no word about the windchime. I tried to get in touch 6 times by email and the phone number to contact them is not in service. It is now March 11th 2026 and still no reply.

Everything I ordered did not come. I have five of the same necklace. The quality is nothing like what you see online. Shame they duped yet another innocent customer that lost their soul pet. I've sent multiple emails regarding my issue and they all came back as undeliverable. I reached out on their website Contact Us multiple times.. nothing! I've even called the phone number- don't even bother because it won't go through..SAD!

I ordered a set of remembrance wind chimes on Dec 18th. Have not received the product yet. I emailed them on Jan 19th. They assigned me a case code #182492 & said they would look into it. When trying to email them again at the address on their site, it comes back as undeliverable. It is now Feb 18th ... no product & no way to get in touch with them. Terrible customer service.

I ordered 5 items but only received 4 items. When I contacted the company via email I received a response telling me that to check the delivery date I needed to use the tracking tool on their website. When I responded and said that the tracking tool isn't going to tell me when an item that hasn't shipped is going to ship I received an immediate response back that the email address no longer exists.

This entire company seems like a scam. I saw an ad about their company closing their business on "Friday" so they were giving discounts. I placed my order on January 19, 2026 so "Friday" has come and gone and the website is still up and orders can still be done. The company name on the website is Soulpaw but it came through on my CC as Sp Jasmine Lockhart Road Hkg. The email address not existing anymore is just another red flag that this company is fraudulent. Of the 4 items that I received I'm not impressed with the quality. One of the items in particular I am very disappointed in.
