Very poor customer service. We had our appointment rescheduled three times with a no show each time.
We received a voicemail the day of the third appointment that there would be an additional charge of $700 because we live in a “mountain area”.
We were also told none of the technicians could come because we were too far away.

Do not waste your time trying to do business with these people.

I was initially skeptical , but after Austin took care of several complex concerns I'm totally satisfied, in every way.
Until later, when my printer wasn't working appropriately, I had to wait longer than a reasonable time and was told it was because it's later at night.24/7 means anytime, any day. I was apologized to, by Kenny, and I accepted but I hope it was only a coincidence and I can expect better in the future.

Austin was patient and I am very hopeful and reassured that may computer is clear of any bugs I have put in there.

Harris is a excellent tech support advisor and dispatcher was able to work with me and the customer to service her laptop had a great time

Both Brian & Albert were hard-working technicians tuning up my computer; cleaning it and maintaining it so that it can give me reliable service. They were very polite and easy to work with. Thankyou.

SOS geeks is the only service I would use They are professional, polite and experts at fixing problems on the computer. Today my helper was Tech Harris and he did a terrific job. Thumbs up to him.

Updated 4/19. Not sure why this is labeled unprompted review because it was. Not happy that they dragged me over here to write a review after working on my laptop which is still freezing on me when gaming. These reviews are not genuine when pressured to write one. I need to be honest my problem is still not fixed. They did try two more times and still no good. Losing my faith in them and out $250.

Sent to me two technicians who were very low quality.
Took so many hours and couldn't figure out the problem and talking on the phone with their boss to tell them how to do. One even acknoledged that he doesn't know how to.

Brian was excellent, so helpful, patient and great to work with!!!

Richard Richmand was very personable and explained everything thoroughly.

Austin was wonderful, kind knowledgeable and above sweet and patient.
