I haven't used the coverage yet, but seems to be competitive in pricing. Didn't like the pressure to buy immediately without shopping around. Was offered great price but had to decide right then, best to do your research first and call when you're ready to buy.

Talking with Benjamin was delightful. He spoke clear and was very easy to understand. Thank you for having native english-speaking representatives. I like how he listened, tried his best to accommodate my situation and responded to my statements with interest. I had decided NOT to purchase this type of warranty...until I talked with Benjamin. He offered to be my contact person for any of my needs...great customer service!

Retired couple, no worries.
I spoke to Adam and he explained it all to me until I understood everything clearly. My wife and I are retired and on a fixed income. It has become very expensive for repairs on vehicles. This will give us some peace of mind.

Early Warranty Termination
My warranty ended early as I sold my vehicle at a dealership. Requested a refund on the unused warranty contract as was given a fair proportional amount back based on time and mileage expended to date....Check was sent in the mail within 2 weeks. More than happy with the process......

Poor communication with DMV…
I’m aggravated at SOS for not doing their job of reporting my daughter and my friend paying insurance. DMV said that car insurance couldn’t be verified.

That said, we believe there may be some confusion. SOS Auto Protect does not provide car insurance, nor do we report or verify insurance information with the DMV. Our services are limited to extended warranties, which are completely separate from auto insurance policies.
Additionally, we were unable to locate any active policy in our system under your name, so it’s possible this situation may involve a different company.
