I ordered a Men's Carson Moc Boot (Style# 2009711) in size 15. I was sent a women's boot in size 8.

The company offered a shipping label for me to return, which is appropriate. When I went to return the item, I could not use the Sorel-provided shipping container, a bag, as it had been rendered useless with a hole in it upon opening. I purchased a new bag at the UPS store to ship the item.

I saved the receipt and asked Sorel for a reimbursement for the shipping materials purchased for return of an item that they mistakenly shipped, and was refused by customer service, as well as their supervisor. When I asked to speak with a higher-up supervisor, I was refused and directed to their website to file a complaint.

Absolutely awful customer service. I will never give them my money again, and I hope that you don't either.

Nice boots, appalling customer service. Bought boots at 20% discount for members, arrived and very small fitting so need to exchange for size up. Was informed by 'Maria' that they have no exchange policy so my only option is to send them back and buy the size up for full price. Terrible customer service, won't be buying from Sorel again.

I have bought Sorel boots Out N About classic . Bought it as it says on website 100% waterproof, they look great , very lightweight, easy to put on, comfortable but main issue is it’s not waterproof at all my socks are soaking wet each time after dog walk!!! It’s very disappointing, those shoes are so expensive and totally overrated. They don’t have any lining inside boots which makes it impossible to wear them in winter as my feet are frozen and wet because of those boots! Really unhappy and would never recommend or buy again from Sorel .

This should be zero stars. Other buyers for sorel, please keep reading , I did get some justice in the end. I ordered a pair of boots 4 weeks ago, UPS said they have left them in a shed , I do not have a shed nor did I give permission to be left in a shed. I refused to contact UPS, my contract was with Sorel. It is up to sorel to chase and find it is there responsibility. I had to fill a form of non delivery to sorel, what a load of polony. But I did, I was told an investigation needed to be put in place to find the boots. Yes I could have run round the neighbourhood finding my boots, why should I. My address was clear, the fact I live on private land with only 2 elderly neighbours , them boots should have been delivered to my door end of. After several emails and no response, I requested another pair should be sent immediately. No response. I contacted WHICH? For consumer advice, who helped me type a letter to sorel they have breached there contract , I will end my contract and demanded a refund. They soon changed there tune. Together with an angry phone call from myself demanding they issue a refund and I forced them to write an email while I was on the phone declaring they would issue a refund. It took several days to get the refund, I had to persist . Do not give up buyers, you have rights and they have to oblige that contract. Don’t waste time contacting delivery service, your argument should be with the retailer , it is there responsibility, they know that. I’m sure they are hoping we all just go away and forget about it. Sorel is worth 200 million, absolutely disgraceful company. I have never had service like. But I’ve learned lots since, WHICH? Really helped.

Nothing has arrived… customer service respond slowly giving me dates that pass with no delivery… I have had good boots from there but would never ever order direct again… £250 out of pocket at this point and absolutely no confidence the order will ever arrive as I have no evidence to suggest they know what is going on or how to resolve it.

Don’t touch them with a barge pole. £213 lighter. No boots/trainers. No intention of refunding or sending replacements. Apparently I have to wait until they turn up -or not, clearly they give AWOL- one month after ordering. Shocking.

Besteld ruim een maand geleden, betaald maar nog steeds niets ontvangen. Geen datum van levering of wat dan ook vernomen. Contact leggen lukt niet, reageren niet op contactformulier, geen telefoonnummer te vinden.

When I tell you this company is TRASH! Do yourself a huge favor and never place an order with them as you won't receive your package! Then they'll lie and say the package was delivered. I've been battling with this company for a month now and still no resolution. When I called them initially, the dummy kept asking if I was sure the package wasn't in my mailbox. First off, how can a pair of thick a** boots fit in a mailbox?! After that, they began an "investigation" and said "oh our records show that it was delivered" but we can accommodate you with a refund AFTER you place another order. At this point it's clear to me they think I'm a complete idiot. Who in their right mind would make another purchase after not receiving the first package?! Again! Don't even think about ordering anything from them!

I don't usually leave reviews but thought I would, because the negative reviews on here nearly put me off buying my Sorrel boots and I'd have missed out. Boots seem fantastic quality, very comfortable, I love them. I was worried about sizing since people say they've had the wrong size sent to them. Had a query about what size to get since I am not used to UK suppliers going up to a size 10 (uk) which confused me. The customer service replied very quickly to my enquiry. For anyone wondering, a size 8 is equivalent of 41, size 9 = 42, size 10 =43. I would recommend this company, my feet are very happy

Boots started falling apart after a few weeks of moderate use. I unfortunately don't have the option to go through their warranty process. They are quite comfortable boots, and would be great if they weren't fraying in multiple locations

Twee maanden geleden een bestelling gedaan. Wel betaald, maar nooit ontvangen. Klantenservice gemaild. Zij reageren nergens op.

I ordered some waterproof ( of course in Netherlands) boots from Sorel.nl. Everything was super. I didn't keep the boots and made a return because they were not so much how I wanted them to be as a style. But Everything was perfect from my experience. From getting the parcel very fast, to even the return and getting my money back. So I am very shocked to see so many bad reviews. I don't know why. And is confusing because before ordering I saw them almost kept me from ordering. I just really needed some new waterproof boots and that's why I tried. I will definitely go again to search more elegant waterproof boots soon for a beige/butter/white color.

Sorel fell apart mules. For a so called quality product I did not expect the soles to disintegrate in indoor slipper use. Not worn out just one of the pair disintegrated

Order een maand geleden geplaatst en betaald, tot op heden mijn order niet ontvangen en geen status van de bestelling ontvangen. Inmiddels al twee keer contact gezocht met de klantenservice, maar reactie blijft uit.

Waited a week for a reply about a stolen package, With evidence that it was stolen and the delivery was not handled with care (also did not even ring the doorbell). They told me to purchase the shoes again instead of them reshipping the item and the person of sorel “leadership” Ben said and quote “we’re trying to help eachother out” by making me repurchase shoes instead of giving me a refund for unsatisfied service and never receiving the product. They even played the blaming game saying it was the shipper (laserships) fault then blaming the the customer (me). They did not take accountability of using a shipping company that has had a negative reputation or even wanted to see the recording how my shipment was delivered or how it was stolen. I won’t be recommending this company or buy from them anytime soon

AWFUL. I purchased a pair of boots from you for £125 (they were on sale at the time). The boots were faulty, I contacted customer services and was told to destroy the boots (which I did) and Sorel would issue a voucher for £125.

All I wanted was either;
1. a refund of £125 for the faulty boots or;
2. a direct replacement.

I was issued with the voucher of £125 and I wanted to repurchase the same boots, the price is now £112. I wasn't able to purchase the boots because the price is lower than the value of the voucher (which in itself is absolute nonsense), to overcome this I had to buy 2 pairs of the same boots with the intention of returning one pair back to you and I'd receive a refund of the £67.

As it currently stands;
1. You sold me a faulty pair of boots.
2. You will not send me a direct replacement.
3. You will not refund what I paid for the boots in cash.
4. You have provided me with a voucher that I can not replace the boots with, without needing to spend more money with you.
5. Based on the current circumstances you will only allow me to use 50% of the voucher on replacing the boots. a pair of faulty boots, contacted

After ordering I checked the reviews online and got really scared because I’ve spent £200 on shoes at Sorel.

Both pair of shoes arrived couple of days later, right sizes.

I didn’t have any experience with the customer service for a return though as I kept both pairs.

All I can say is, "wow!" What a terrible experience with this company! I decided to splurge on a pair of their boots for $89. When they didn't arrive I checked my emails and it said they were delivered?! Where, when??! Not to my address, so I waited and still didn't ever arrive so I called SOREL customer service and the representative took my info and said he would have to check with their delivery service, LaserShip. A few days later he emails saying LaserShip confirms delivery to my address....they have a photo of the package on a doorstep that looks like an apartment entryway, certainly not MY house!! I explained that to customer service again and was told nothing they can do. Not even my AmEx card would help me out....I pointed out that Google maps has a photo of my front door and it does not match LaserShip's photo!
I am done with SOREL and Amex! I now see on these reviews others who had issues with nit receiving their purchases!! Shame on all of these companies!

Paid for shoes, post office says it is mistaken tracking number, it means they stole my money!!!!!!They are liers!!!!Stay away!!!!!!
