I took my girlfriend for a wash and blowdry as it was her birthday. The professionalism and customer service at Rosebank Sorbet Hairbar was absolutely disappointing. Upon arrival there was no smile, just confusion about the appointment.
Her treatment was fine but not the best, when she told the hair stylist that her hair feels dry, all the hair stylist asked was why doesn't she cut it. Being a professional salon, there should be products to help with this.

I definitely will not be coming back to this branch. The quality of service is not what it used to be. Very disappointed.

I sent my parents to Sorbet for a pedicure and massage as a treat for their wedding anniversary, expecting a relaxing and enjoyable experience for both of them. While my mother was happy with her pedicure, my father had a deeply disappointing experience with his massage.

He booked a 60-minute full-body massage but had to stop the treatment early because the therapist lacked skill and did not apply enough pressure, despite his feedback. She seemed to have no idea where the pressure points were and was simply rubbing his body, which is far below the standard of a proper massage. My father is experienced with spa treatments and knows what a good massage should feel like—this was not it.

When he raised his concerns with the receptionist, he was told that this is "not a professional spa like those in hotels," which is a completely unacceptable excuse for substandard service. To make matters worse, the receptionist made no effort to offer him another therapist or any solution, which reflects poorly on the level of customer care.

I expected much better from Sorbet, especially for such a special occasion. This experience was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve the quality of service and the overall customer experience.

I took my mother for a pedicure on a recent trip back home to Cape Town. On return to London and closed shoes, my feet began burning, separating and peeling in sheets. The podiatrist here informed me that I had been infected with a fungal infection and I am still treating it as all the skin on my feet has been callousing then coming off in large pieces requiring constant treatment. I am horrified and repulsed at what their hygiene practices must be like for this to happen. It is simply unacceptable. Their responses to my complaints have been superficial platitudes with almost no real action taken to resolve this.
