I waited ages for a pair of shorts at a cost of 45.00 when they fianally arrived supposed to be XXL but medium at best, there is nowhere to return these in this country and the company are absollutely useless and do not want to know. the return address is not where to send returns, that place is in bloody china, please for your own good do not purchase goods from this company, I am now stuck with a pair of shorts of whatever size the may be. as they are a strict 30 days however they dont get back in touch right away so all eats into the 30 days.

Purchased 3 laundry baskets supposedly from this company. Had trouble pla ing order tried to contact them to place on the one order. Lost discount. Told they cannot adjust orders strange as I wanted 3.
Received I nstructures to await delivery 2 days ago items still not arrived. Customer support waffling on sending their delivery pro endure.
I'll never buy from them again these items were presents. I am an 80 year old pensioner cannot afford to loose 100 pounds.

This site is fraudulent. They show you pictures of two women stood out side a shop supposedly in Liverpool. Which makes you believe you are buying from England. When you are actually buying cheap rubbish from china
They show images of clothes that are nothing like the item you will receive and it is not inexpensive like Other sites so you expect better. My dress came in a screwed up bag not presented in a lovely box like it showed on there site.They are Con artists. Avoid at all cost You might as well through you money in the bin. They have still not responded to my email for a refund

Horrible company to work with.

I ordered two dresses. One dress was ok. But I didn't like how it looked
The second dress, was not as pictured on their website. The top was supposed to be smocked and it wasn't so it was HUGE on me. So I asked to return it, they kept telling me don't worry about returning, if you will pay for the shipping we will send you a different dress.
I kept telling them I shouldn't have to pay for shipping because it was their fault the dress was not completed, or pictured on their website.
I have sent multiple emails trying to explain and they don't seem to understand. So I told them, never mind and I'll keep the two dresses that aren't worth anything.

They then offered 20% back, so I took it and thought at least I can get something back for dresses I can't wear

Don't shop with them

Total Scam … and I thought I was smarter than that … same item available on TEMU… $40 less … piece of junk … pictures looked good … and then I saw exact same pics on “cheap fabrics are us”… I hate when that happens, I was a fool … and ya … money back … sure after you pay shipping a $15 return fee …

BEWARE This company is hell to deal with when it comes to guaranteeing customer satisfaction. You will never get a 100% refund without paying for your item to be shipped back to China. The pictures of the outfits are misleading!!!! I ordered 3 outfits and only one of them resembled the picture and all of them were not made of the material that looked like the picture. There is no description of the material listed under the picture. I immediately reached out to return 2 outfits in my order and was informed that I would have to pay for them to be shipped back. I then put in a dispute with my credit card company to stop payment. It has been a month of back and forth without them not responding to my questions directly. Out of frustration I have finally agreed on a 20% refund of a $159.00 purchase of what can only be described as quick fashion not quality materials as shown in their pictures. Never again will I be duped by Facebook posts of any fashion houses. Facebook is duplicitous in this scam. Lesson learned. I am waiting to see how long it will take to receive my paltry refund. In the meantime my credit card dispute will remain effective for the next 2 months until it is received.

The service is awful. The items are not as advertised. Despite a full return guarantee they offered me 10% of the purchase price. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Don’t purchase from this company. Poor quality and horrible fit. This is a copy of their return policy, which of course they don’t let you know until you want to make a return.
