I love this brand, their unique designs and vibrant colours. I recently bought another pair to add to my growing collection. Unfortunately there was an issue after I had worn them, so I contacted customer service. To say they are the best customer service agents I have ever spoken to would be an understatement. They went above and beyond to solve my issue and I’m so grateful. I would recommend to everyone!

I recently bought a leather tote bag from Sophia Webster (Order Number: 1447172) and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. First, the bag didn’t even come in a proper box. For a brand that claims to be luxurious, this was a huge letdown. I’ve bought items from Zara that were 15 times cheaper, and they arrived in beautiful packaging that put this so-called luxury brand to shame.

But the real horror began after I started using the bag. Within a few wears, the handles began peeling, and the leather started to wrinkle and look worn out. I took great care of the bag, kept it in its dust bag, and followed every instruction the brand provided. Still, it didn’t last three months before it was completely ruined. I took it to a leather expert, and they told me the leather was of such poor quality that I should contact the brand. When I did, they told me there was nothing they could do about it. I was left with a useless bag and no support from the company.

But that’s not all. I also bought their famous winged shoes (Order Number: 1440653) , and the experience was even worse. I wore them once, just from my home to the car and then to a restaurant. I was sitting almost the entire time, yet by the time I got home, my toes were bleeding, and I was left with painful scars. These shoes literally destroyed my feet after just one wear.

In the end, this brand proved to be all flash and no substance. They use cheap materials but try to cover it up with a luxury image. When things go wrong, they don’t take responsibility—they just offer a discount code to keep you buying more of their subpar products. But even if they gave me a 100% discount, I wouldn’t go near their products again. My Zara bags and shoes have lasted me years, while Sophia Webster’s fell apart in mere months. This brand is a complete and utter disappointment.

I forwarded you all my emails and the conversations I had with your customer teams via email, and you replied saying that for some reason you can't read them!!
I am not here to look for a solution. I don't have the time to be writing back and forth with you. This review is not to get a free bag or a free pair of shoes nor to get the items replaced. This review is written so customers like me can make wise decisions.

Ordered a different size to normal by mistake and expected to need to return and efforts to holt delivery especially as I’m an amputee. Safe to say I’ve tried on many shoes and it’s been really hard.
Luckily enough they fit amazingly well and will be walking me down the aisle on my wedding day.
Safe to say I cried many happy tears!!

My absolute go to for shoes and bags , the service you receive is just amazing .. had an issue with a pair of shoes and the matter was resolved in the most professional and speedy manner …. Can’t recommend highly enough

I initially bought a pair of heels from Saks Fifth Avenue for my graduation night. Unfortunately, after just one night, the inner soles of both heels came off. When I contacted Saks Fifth Avenue for a refund or replacement, they refused to help since more than 30 days had passed since my purchase.

Feeling frustrated, I reached out to Sophia Webster directly. To my delight, their customer service was incredibly responsive and understanding. They promptly sent me a new pair of the same heels within just two weeks!

Sophia Webster's dedication to their customers and their willingness to stand by their products, even when purchased through another retailer, truly impressed me. They kept me updated throughout the process and made sure I was taken care of.

Beautiful Shoes and amazing customer service. I lost a stone in a much loved pair of evening shoes and the customer service team moved heaven and earth to locate a replacement stone. I am so impressed that Taylor in the team did this for me. I have several pairs of high heeled sandals and they are not only elegant, they are comfortable too.

As always, Sophia Webster has the most exceptional customer experience. I had purchased a pair of Chiara block heels for my little sister’s college graduation in May while they were on sale for 30% off. A few weeks later (July) I got an email saying some styles were on further markdown at 40% off. I contacted the SW team and requested a price match as the shoes I had purchased for my sister were an extra 10% off during this sale. Taylor at SW immediately sent me a partial refund for the 10% discount on the shoes to honor the price match. I have no regrets purchasing from them!

This my 5th pair of beautiful Sophia Webster butterfly shoes! I appreciate the mid heel this time. Ordering went smoothly and really appreciated DHL delivery. They placed the package as requested and I was messaged when DHL was close and was able to track the delivery truck movement. Great delivery for great shoes!

Such brilliant customer service. The quality of soles on my much loved Sophia flats didn’t match up to previous purchases . Their customer service sorted it out immediately and were wonderful to deal with. Such a lovely company. And love the shoes. Guaranteed to get a compliment when you wear them. Thank you.

Shoes were beautiful but upper strap too loose as I only have a slim foot couldn’t adjust strap as buckle won’t adjust as sewn in same position so unfortunately had to return them.
