If I could give this company a review lower than zero I would!
I could go on and on here but that would lead to the longest review in history.
I can only talk to you how I would talk to a friend or family member here.. ladies, if you are considering going here to alter the appearance of your abdomen I highly encourage you to reference the better Business bureau and every review website you can find for them first!!!!!
In short, you should take your money to an actual plastic surgeon.
I paid $16,000 for my surgery plus extras like compression garments and stuff yet my midsection honest to God looks not worlds different. I have not lost inches on my waist like they told me they would be able to do. On top of that, I have strange lumps and bumps which come to find out now after the fact in reading many websites is a common complaint with this company.
This whole journey has made me regret the entire process.
There's no price tag on looking at yourself in the mirror and crying. There's no price tag on liking the actual shape of your body before surgery but not after.
Please ladies, take that money and get yourself a consultation with an actual plastic surgeon, because come to find out they only have to take a crash course in liposuction here. They are literally just doctors/obgyns.
I can only assimilate it to having a dentist do your liposuction. Yeah, they are a doctor, but would you want them doing your liposuction?

Everyone at the Orlando clinic has been nothing but kind and supportive. The staff ensures the patient knows what's happening every step of the way.

I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with Sono Bello. I paid them over $6000 & they didn't at all touch the area I wanted them to concentrate on.

Everyone was great during both the preop and postoperative appointments. They answered all my questions and were helpful with guidance and expectations. Dr Mendoza did exactly what he promised. He was very nice and let me know what to expect and the reality of how the surgery would look afterwards. I feel fabulous and can't wait to continue to see how my new body is shaping up.

The commercial says they have 50,000 5 star reviews. Another commercial says they have performed over 300,000 procedures. So what star ratings are the other 250,000 reviews

The financing was placed in my husbands name against our wishes.
Then, I had my surgery- tummy tuck on 3/2/26, still in pain. Still numb, I only know I’m touching my stomach because I see me touching it.
And because of the way they wrote up my drs excuse for my job, I lost my job.
Now, due to how they handled the finances I’m STILL trying to get this switched to my name versus my husbands, soon to be ex husband.
VERY UNSATISFACTORY! Not happy AT ALL!

I went tothem & was gonna use their services which were set up that day. I changed my mind & contacted them the next day. Here's the thing . They proceeded to take over $6,000. When I contacted them & confronted the person about taking the money without my consent. They said they would look into it & call me later that day. Crickets.... Never heard from them again.
Be careful! I don't want anyone else Tobe ripped off.

Do not fall for the marketing ploy. They are not what they show. Satisfied clients are people that have very little toning to do. For those of us that are full figured, you can count on a lot of pain and shaming when you ask them why you were told contouring your body is a very easy process. Dr Miller should e ashamed of himself and his practice in Denver. The surgeon u had was told during the front procedure that I was in a lot of pain. I was told he was almost done. I could feel him cutting away skin. It took 5 months to heal the incisions. Dr Miller told me that I was too fat to have had the procedure in the first place. This is a bad business and I predict pain and verbal abuse for anyone dumb enough to fall for their marketing. Full figure women stay away.

Everyone was so helpful and kind. I love that every problem and question was answered in regular language and not doctor language. I will refer my friends. A+++

Everything was wrong. The drs credentials highly questionable. Lets see.. i was wondering why i was told to bring sanitary napkins to surgery. Omg. I was screaming w pain. The jar of fat sitting on counter came out of fridge, not me. I lost not one lb, and got scarring. Could not wear a bikini if i wanted. Staff pushy. No aftercare. No recommended eating. Nothing.

I had a great experience. The day of my surgery all I remember is the numbing needles and then home in my bed. Couldn't have had a better experience. Everyone was super nice, and I am very happy so far.Orlando office

I have had a great experience at the Orlando office. The staff was attentive & the procedure was fairly painless. I am 12 days post op

VERY pushy sales people who lie to you about the experience, results, and recovery. They DONT just hire plastic surgeons, they also hire general surgeons who know nothing about aesthetics. EXTREMELY PAINFUL PROCEDURE. The sales people will tell you its just discomfort, this is absolutely not true, it was the greatest pain i've ever felt in my life, and remember its non refundable so of you cant handle it then thats all that money down the drain. My surgeon Dr. Johnson was very rude and honestly didnt seem like he knew what he was doing. And I would be able to excuse all of this if the surgery actually worked but it didnt. Im two weeks post opp and theres absolutely no difference, im devastated because I have no money for a revision and now ill never have a flat chest. Save your money here and go to an ACTUAL PLASTIC SURGEON and not some corporate liposuction place with doctors who have no idea what theyre doing.

DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!! THINK TWICE, think thrice, and THINK AGAIN!!!!!!

I can agree with so many 1* reviews, and the only reason why I have given them 1* is because there is no option for no stars!!
They definitely blow smoke up your as when you go in to see your 'sales' person!! I did do my research, was satisfied with the surgeon that they assigned me, even though I was very nervous to go ahead with the procedure. A week or so before my surgery appmt, they changed my surgeon to someone that wasn't even listed on their website, so I had no way to research whether he was any good, and was pressured to accept him as my surgeon, due to the 'offer' that I had signed up for to have my surgery before the end of July!!
I was never advised to get post op massages, however my own research had brought me to the conclusion that I should. I had an AWFUL experience receiving the second faja that I was supposed to get sent, and didn't get it until at least 4months post surgery!!
At my first couple of post op appointments, I only saw a nurse who weighed me and took pictures..... I obviously still had a fair bit of swelling that I expected. By my 3rd post op appointment, it was becoming obvious to me that the sharpie that the surgeon had used to mark me on the day of my surgery, had bled into the incision sites and was now very much within my skin like a tattoo!! They gave me some tape that I applied religiously for weeks, but NO CHANGE! Their treatment of my concerns never seemed to be taken seriously at all!!
I requested a consult with the surgeon, as not only was I still concerned about the sharpie marks in my skin, but also that my stomach was very lop-sided with a very visible lump of subcutaneous fat (which should have been removed!!) They cancelled my consult with the surgeon on at least two occasions via text, and never called me to reschedule. I tried to call several times, and was told someone would call me back..... they never did!
I saw my Primary Care doctor for my annual, and he also assessed that what I was seeing as a lump of fat that should have been removed, was indeed the case.
When I eventually saw the surgeon his attitude was very blasé regarding my concerns of my lumpy stomach area, and said it was 'the best outcome I could expect!!" He was all about disregarding my claim that the marks in my skin were from the sharpie he used, but agreed that he would have me back in to get rid of them!
Someone was supposed to call me to book me in to have the fix, but you guessed it, NO ONE CALLED!! I again tried calling to get an appointment and on 3 occasions got told someone would call me back!! Eventually someone called, said they were still trying to 'work out schedules, but will call me back'..... over a month later, still no call, still no fix and still very unhappy with my results!
Did I expect my results to be better, YES! The ad's, the staff etc, all give the impression that you will have AMAZING results!!!! Did I expect better customer service and post op care, YES OF COURSE I DID!!!!!! It is no small chunk of change to pay for this kind of procedure, and very scary for some of us!!
Do I regret it? ABSOLUTLEY!! I have permanent marks within my skin, and a lump of fat that is very obvious on one side! 3 years post surgery, still have the permanent black marks within my skin and the lump on one side has grown and my whole mid section just looks awful!! I wish so much that I had NEVER had it done!!!!
I could name names, but would that make me feel any better? Probably not!!!!! This review is just to make sure others don't have to go through the same awful experience!!!

My wife and went for a consultation. We were greated by Kat Pettis. Kat was very, very rude and was quick to tell my wife and I that my opinion didn't matter. She was glad to reiterate mutliple times that it was her (my wife) body and that she could do what she pleased. My issue with this is, if I didn't care I wouldn't have gone to the consultation. Kat is very disrespectful and rude. In my opinion Kat could use some sensitivity training. I left Sonobello with the feeling that I/We will never spend a dime with someone or a representative of Sonobello that doesn't respect both of our opinions. This was a disgraceful event. Sonobello should be ashamed of having someone like Kat represent their company.

If I could give them a negative star I would- they were awful to me from the moment they got my money I was treated so poorly it shocks me still to think about/ they took my money told me I had to have abs ex done in order to get my legs done - and that surgery did nothing but leave my body scarred - then when I went for the main surgery I had dreamed of since I was 9 years old the doctor did not approve me and they have yet to refund my money for the surgery I didn’t have or the post op procedures I paid for in addition to the procedure that I never received- they broke my heart my hopes my dreams and robbed me of what should have been a new beginning - Addison Sono Bello manager is not customer service oriented and is the epitome of the could not care any less about you or doing one thing she says she would do - I call that lying - she calls it her staffs fault - I call them thief’s and hope no one ever experiences the shame shock and devastation I have been subjected to by the entire staff at this location - I’d just like a refund for the services I never received because I didn’t decide against the procedure the doctor decided not to approve it - I’d say it’s stealing and fraud they call it we sent the request to corporate yet there is still no response-
