I was personally contacted when i'd requested a refund on a lovely Cat i'd purchased and an e-mail i sent was replied to immediately very friendly staff!! The item came in a beautiful bag and my order form even had a thankyou note with a smiley face x very impressed x have already purchased again!! many thanks :)

All ended well
I ordered a yellow bunny but there was a mixup and I got a different one. The shop responded immediately, they sent me the correct one and let me keep the wrong one as an apology. Now I have two bunnies!! :-) Thank you!

The parcel was not delivered
The parcel was not delivered. The postcode was autofilled to the wrong address - two streets with the same name in London... Shame - the website should be adjusted to show if there's more than one option for the street address in London

As mentioned in our email, the parcel was delivered to the address supplied during checkout. If we had been made aware of the error before delivery then we could have instructed the carrier to change the address but it was not brought to our attention until after delivery had been made and so our hands were tied. We can only send the goods to the address supplied by the customer.
We always strive for speedy delivery and excellent customer service so I'm sorry that you feel it necessary to give us a 1 star rating for incorrect delivery details.
