The team contacted me quickly to arrange delivery and offered the option to receive the parcel as soon as the next business day after placing the order. Good communication and efficient service.

A fabulous selection of well curated pieces and I'm delighted with my sofa; the quality is superb and its both comfortable and beautiful. There's a huge choice of fabrics to choose from too. Client service is outstanding and nothing is too much trouble in terms of assistance in selecting the right piece and making sure its a 5* experience from beginning to end. Delivery was great too, the sofa was unpacked & assembled in room of choice.

Really happy with my new print to complement two previous pictures.

Emily and Sarah went above and beyond to assist me purchasing a special piece of furniture for my living room. When the selected brand had made a slight error they were very helpful and supportive in rectifying this issue for me. Thank you both, love my piece and really appreciate your assistance!

Beautifully curated products coupled with thoughtful and attentive customer service. Emily and Sarah went above and beyond to help us find the perfect sofa for our daughter's nursery.

The customer service is exceptional. Sarah was so helpful; she kept us informed on the progress of our order throughout and was happy to answer questions and offer advice. We wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Nothing with this company was too much trouble, I placed the order and Sarah, same day was in contact with me to explain that as the product was coming from abroad, delivery would be longer than normal. Sarah then contacted me to confirm that the chairs had arrived in their warehouse and asked when I would like delivery. Their delivery driver was also very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend Someday Designs and will definitely use them again.

I received the stool today!
Since it was my first purchase, I was a bit worried at first, but I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service from ordering to delivery. The product's design and quality are exactly as I imagined, and I’m very happy with it.

What can we say that isn't brilliant about someday designs that isn't a positive superlative. From first contact with Emily to delivery notifications with Sarah the service and products have been better than expected. We couldn't recommend them more.

Ferm living ( Sarah in particular) could not have been more helpful. I needed some extra long pendant cable and they sourced without fuss and delivered really speedily keeping me informed about the progress of my order every step of the way.

Absolutely brilliant from beginning to end. From the complementary swatches at the beginning to the friendly service all the way through the process I can’t recommend them enough. My Muuto sofa is a dream. Having recently had to turn another piece of furniture away from another company because it wouldn’t fit up a narrow set of London stairs, was also very thankful to the team that came to do an access check and managed to get everything up the stairs (amazingly!)

Very happy with the customer service from this company. Very helpful from my first enquiry through to delivery. Excellent communication and follow up and the delivery guys were great.

The team at Someday designs were great from start to finish, sending fabric samples, providing information and following up. Our Rar Norman Copenhagen sofa is exaclty as pictured -- lovely, timeless design and super comfortable.

Lovely products and great, attentive service. Kept me updated with delivery times etc. Highly recommend.

Emily at Someday Designs was, put simply, incredible. Her attention to detail, rigour and thoroughness during the purchase was nothing like I have witnessed before. As a small, independent supplier, the lengths Emily went to to ensure communication was maintained was second to none.

I would recommend highly to others and will without a doubt use Emily and Someday Design for future orders. A very happy customer.

I bought my wonderful new Ferm outdoor furniture from Someday Designs. Emily and her team were a joy to deal with, professional, responsive, passionate and knowledgeable about their products, caring about every aspect of my buying experience with them. And they arranged for someone on the delivery team to put the furniture together! I was so happy to find them and am now a confirmed future customer.

Everything was great, the communicaiton from the start was quick and attentive. I received good style tips from Emily and great customer service from Sarah. The delivery was straight forward. I love my new Muuto sofas and I would absolutely head back to the website for my next furniture purchase. Thank you :)
