I’ve been struggling with an outdated and hard-to-navigate system for managing youth player permits. It was unreliable, overly complicated, and dependent on one person to run it, which isn’t sustainable. What I really wanted was something user friendly that coaches, parents, and districts could all easily access without a headache. The idea of being able to use a docusign web form that works on both desktop and mobile made perfect sense. I like that it can streamline everything so we can quickly send Docusign to multiple recipients without all the back-and-forth. This feels like a much more practical and modern solution that anyone can understand and use. Thanks to Sofian and his team

Exactly what we needed

We worked with Solusign to solve a major roadblock in our sales process. Our team of more than 15 reps had been manually creating contracts and uploading them to Docusign. We wanted a way to send quotes from our CRM tool, NetSuite, without logging in to Docusign separately. Although we had purchased the Docusign for NetSuite add-on, the integration never worked, even with help from Docusign.

We found Solusign while searching for Docusign developers, and they quickly understood the problem and delivered the solution we needed. Now our team can send estimates via Docusign directly from NetSuite, and once they are signed, PDFs are saved automatically.

Solusign made our Docusign implementation seamless and effective. We highly recommend them to any organization looking for expert help with Docusign.

800 Employee Docusign Bulk Send

Earlier this month, we rolled out a complex share purchase agreement to 800 employees using Docusign, each with personalized allocations and election choices. We could have drafted the agreement in Word but building the Docusign bulk send system was going to take us weeks with no guarantee it would be done perfectly, and we had a tight deadline that we needed to hit. We had no experience working in Docusign at all.

We found Solusign while doing a search for a Docusign expert team, but we weren’t sure if such a thing existed. We stumbled upon Solusign’s YouTube videos at first which were all super useful, but we quickly realized we wouldn’t have the time or experience to create this ourselves, considering the amount of customization and personalization we needed to incorporate to make using Docusign worthwhile. After meeting with Sofian and his team at Solusign, they built us a Docusign template using Document Generation with conditional logic and advanced validation. They also configured integration with our SharePoint site which makes all signed PDFs get stored automatically in a folder.

Furthermore, they offered to build us a solution where all the employee responses get automatically aggregated in an Excel report which gave us a real-time overview of the entire bulk send campaign through a single pane of glass. This alone was a massive time saver for our admin team which allowed us to track what was going on without having to login to the Docusign website.

If you need stress free, high volume agreements, Solusign makes Docusign work the way you wish it did out of the box. I can’t recommend Sofian and his team enough; they are experts in this field and were wonderful to work with. Undoubtedly, we’ll be requesting their services in the future.

Solusign's Docusign Bulk Send for Google Sheets made our 1200-envelope stress free

I’m an in house accountant at a mid size U.S. manufacturer. When new §45X tax rules landed, we suddenly had to collect 600 supplier certifications on a tight deadline.
I knew basic Docusign, but managing that volume and tracking who signed felt overwhelming. While doing some research on how to go about this massive signature collection campaign, we found Docusign consultants, Solusign on YouTube.

During our first call, their Docusign expert explained why the native Bulk Send via CSV would be painful for follow ups, then proposed a cleaner approach:

They suggested using their “Docusign Bulk Send for Google Sheets” app which turned our Excel vendor spreadsheet into 1,200 envelopes (two per supplier) with one click.
A live status column now shows every envelope’s progress, and I can leave notes beside any record which is something Docusign’s own interface can’t do.
Signed PDFs drop straight into Google Drive, automatically renamed with vendor details, so filing takes zero effort.

One small but critical detail: their app let our signers use the Specify Recipient feature and it's something that standard DocuSign Bulk Send via CSV can’t handle.
The add on made it work flawlessly.

Throughout the setup and launch, Solusign’s responsive DocuSign support kept things moving and answered every question in plain English.

I cannot recommend Solusign Consulting enough...

I cannot recommend Solusign Consulting enough for their exceptional Docusign support! I was struggling to set up a complex Docusign template for our investor agreements. The formulas weren’t working as expected, and the workflow was misaligned with our needs. I had spent days trying to figure it out, but Sofian Saoudi, a true Docusign expert, walked me through every step with patience and expertise.

He helped restructure the template, optimize the fields, and ensure the document was well formatted, all while explaining the constraints and best practices of the platform. We now have a functional, streamlined process that saves us time and ensures accuracy. If you need a Docusign consultant who truly knows their stuff, look no further!"

Docusign expert made my life easy

Wonderful Experience!

Solusign Is A Game Changer for Our Company

I'm a Data Manager for a property management company and working with Solusign has been a game changer. We needed a bulk process to create unique documents for over 200 clients and send them out for signature. After countless hours of trying to “figure it out” by Googling the topic, calling Docusign with endless questions, and watching YouTube videos, I was fortunate to learn about Solusign.
My initial call was with Sofian, who listened carefully to my project needs, asked thoughtful questions, and described a process he thought might work to accomplish our task. We agreed to move forward and Illia was assigned as my Client Manager to build and fine-tune the process. Working with Illia by video call, we tested the process using test data and made some minor adjustments. I then loaded the real data and watched in awe as the new process generated the 200 unique documents, sent them from Docusign, and named and loaded each signed document into a designated Google Drive folder. A process that every year had required 30+ hours of very manual work was accomplished automatically in under 5 minutes.
I cannot say enough about my positive experience with Solusign. The process they created automated a formerly labor intensive and error prone process but, most importantly, improved our customers’ experience by delivering an easy way for them to receive and sign their annual agreements with us. Communication with Sofian and Illia was great - my questions were always answered within 24 hours and they both kept in constant contact with me to ensure I was comfortable with our progress and that the end result was satisfactory. I especially appreciated that they worked with me to accommodate a very tight deadline.
I wish I had called Solusign sooner! I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone in need of a Docusign solution (template, integration, etc.).
