Kylie has been phenomenal from day one!
Not only did she guide me from the start and work with me through the setup process, she's always been reachable and quick to respond to lingering questions I've had. Additionally, my work situation has been rather chaotic and I've had to reach out to her to adjust things multiple times and she's always done this so willingly and pleasantly. I can't say enough good things about working with her!

Coming from another insurance company through the NYS marketplace, Solo's been so easy to work with and wish I switched sooner. It's been so simple and direct to get in touch, rather than a several day line of communication for simple answers from my previous company. The agent I worked with, Kylie, is incredibly helpful and responsive. I highly recommend to any freelancer trying to navigate health insurance on their own!

Great unless you have migraines or (mild) preexisting condition
I was really excited to try this vs. COBRA, as I'm building my own small business back up.
Looked amazing until I answered about having an autoimmune disease for which I take a cheap generic 2x/day. It immediately denied me.
Would be MUCH better if it was a more comprehensive intake and just paid more.
I read the reply to the other person's comment about the same, but even with the option to advocate, what an awful user experience.
Literally the things include a migraine med, that they cover in the formulary btw, and everything from autism to arthritis was in the list (and they listed autism as an autoimmune disease too). I'm 47 and former rugby player and skiier, of course I have arthritis.
I would fully expect to need to pay more but the immediate denial was shady. I guess it is legal b/c it is different than standard ACA rules, but the user experience would have been so much better explaining that in advance and not showing rates for decent insurance but then say "except for you".

Working as an entrepreneur can be tricky when it comes to health insurance, but we have been members for almost a year and it’s been great. Much more than expected. And the partnership with FitOn?
