I ordered two travel duffle bags from Sole Premise (one green and one light grey). They both are so beautiful and stylish -- we received several compliments on them even the very first time traveling with them (including people coming up just to ask where we got them). The size is perfect and can fit a ton of clothes without seeming full/cramped and love the 2 separate shoe compartments in the bottom. Additionally, the customer service is excellent as the one bag did have some premature peeling of the handle/side and Sole Premise was quick to respond and offered to send a replacement free of charge - will definitely be ordering more products from them in the future!

I do not know about any other ppl experiences but my own and I can tell you that this company delivered their product as advertised, on time with no issues. I have two sets and love both sets no complaints here

AVOID. SCAM. They wont send you what your originally ordered and they wont give you a refund. You'll just lose your money.

I was very excited and impressed by the quality of my carry on bag by Sole Premise. It wasn't made with cheap materials; but I was proud to carry it with me through the airport, and I received quite a few compliments!

Saammers there sizing is not correct i didnt even fill the bag and it was too big. And they shipped the wrong item because i ordered the xl version and my size 13 shoes barerly fit there and the bag is supposed to fit size 17 plus i had to remind them ro even ship it 2 weeks after i ordered. They also said they will give me an extra thing for the inconvenience and they gave me nothing and when i tried to contact them about all this they ignored me even when i sent photos that show proof for my calims. So DONT BUY FROM THEM! They're scammers.
Also the quality of the bag is trash i didnt even use it and it almost broke apart.

I placed an order for 240.00 and was never delivered the item. I received and returned the free item I was sent but never the original order. They have yet to provide any refund and Ive been dealing with this for 2 months. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and a lawyer.

This company says they will refund you but prolongs your refund request until it reaches a date where you can no longer return the item. Terrible communication and product looks nothing like the pictures. I would not recommend this brand or company to anyone.

Great size and high quality. Has everything needed for all travel needs. Areas for shoes, clothes, laptop, iPad, chargers etc.

I can’t lie I thought they lying about the bag and everything but it’s really holds my 10.5 sneakers with no problem so much space now I don’t need a big suitcase just this bag and my lil mini suitcase best bag EVER!!!!!

Very poor quality. Haven’t even used the bag on a trip yet and the leather is cracking. Literally just pulled it out of the box and took to the gym once. Very cheap leather if it’s even a leather. For the price would not recommend. This thing is gonna look rough after a couple of trips. Not the wearing you’d expect this soon.

This company's a scam. I ordered luggage in April and they never sent it out even as of mid-june. I tried reaching them on every platform and they ignored me and even blocked me. They didn't even respond or issue me a refund until I started harassing them on LinkedIn. I had to report them to my bank. Do not take a risk with this company. Dangerous, risky stuff. I almost lost hundreds of dollars.

Ps. Even when they finally do refund you, they're going to deduct a restock fee. How are you going to deduct a restocking fee when you never even sent me a suitcase in the first place, and you admitted that? They're blaming it on tariffs, and not having inventory. If you don't have the inventory, what's the restocking fee? Scam artists

The company was super quick to ship out products and the customer service is outstanding! I really love the set and wish I would have ordered years ago! Upon receiving my set, I instantly loved the layout and the quality material of the bags. I was able to safely pack 6 pairs of shoes (men size 11) and my toiletries in the backpack and another 2 pair with my clothes in the duffle bag. Highly recommend if you love traveling with multiple pairs of shoes and need a way to keep them organized and protected.

This has quietly become my go-to for everything. I started using their backpack to go back and forth to chemo with my daughter who’s fighting cancer. It holds everything we need, and somehow still doesn’t feel bulky or in the way. I also have their duffle bag and the rolling suitcase/backpack combo, and honestly it’s all I use now. I didn’t expect to care about bags this much, but when you’re living in and out of hospitals, you learn quick what holds up and this brand really does. Durable, organized, easy to carry when I’m juggling a million things and two toddlers as a single mom. It’s not just luggage for me, it’s part of the routine that makes hard days feel a little smoother.

I love my Sole Premise bags! I have four of them, including the fanny pack, daily backpack, carry-on, and roller carry-on. Once I received my first one, I was hooked. They may have been designed with shoes in mind but this mama uses them to keep the family organized while traveling. They fit so much!!! I highly recommend Sole Premise!
