Solentro is amazing
Solentro is amazing. Not only are the books of the highest quality (at really good pricing) but the speed of delivery is honestly incredible. I ordered a book about 12 days before Christmas which they had promised would arrive in time and it arrived only after about 1 week of waiting. I have used them several times now and will continue to do so for many years

Lovely end-product
I had a book of my poetry created and I am so pleased with the end product.
The website is good because it allows you to go in, create, review, amend however many times you want before submitting the finished project.

Simple to use as a novice
Simple to use as a novice, a little fidgety to made edits but if you're willing to put in the time really great results. Only nitpick no real package updates before dispatch or to confirm delivery.

Book print was not as good as expected
Book print was not as good as expected. I was planning on ordering up to 10 but decided to order one see how it turned out first. Disappointed. Also worked out very expensive

Thank you for your swift response. I have just been back on your website and I couldn't find any shipping prices. That is what needs to be more transparent.
Ditto with regards to the price of the books. I did the basic 6"- 8" stapled book and yes, it does say from £9.80, but that wasn't the cost of my book at the end. There was no indication (that I could see) when the price would rise (ie number of pages used), and by how much.
So as much as I think your product is great, the pricing is not transparent in my opinion.
The quality of the printing was excellent, both the colours and the quality of paper. The only niggle I have (and it was quite a big niggle) was that the original price of the book I thought I was having printed rose by nearly double and the shipping was costly to the UK. Both of these might have been me not looking carefully enough, but after putting in so much work I went ahead in any case. As I say, it might have been my error, but check carefully - otherwise the quality was excellent.

On our pricing page (https://www.solentro.co.uk/prices) we give the "From"-prices and state the following: You can easily see the exact price for your book on the production part of the site. Choose the desired number of pages, click on "Calculate price" and the amount will appear. The price depends on the number of pages, type of book and the book size - it doesn't matter what you fill the book with (text and/or images).
When it comes to shipping: Flat rate shipping: Worldwide: only $ 9.99* *Applies to one book, if you order several books the price is calculated by weight and will be displayed when placing the order.
All of the above can be obtained before placing the actual order or making the book, just add the number of pages and then click on Calculate price and choose the number of books and proceed at the price for both shipping and the books will appear.

I made and ordered a book for my grandson for Christmas, the process was easy and customer services were attentive and efficient. My only complaint is that the finished book was not quite the quality I was expecting for the price. Overall I would recommend it.

When it comes to pricing, the quality of the end product is one factor, the system where to create the actual book is another. The spiral book you bought should give a professional and solid impression - the cost for your book was around £20. The inside is printed on our high quality 170g paper made especially for digital printing. The laminated cover is printed on our high quality 250g paper - you can choose between matte or a glossy cover. On top of the cover, front and back, we mount a frosted hard plastic cover, providing a robust and beautiful appearance. This binding is very easy to leave open and is therefor especially suited for business or school related occasions.

Fabulous Book
I decided to put together a book for a present for someone special. I enjoyed writing it and seeing it being formed into a book. I was able to choose the finish eg colour/black and white, design of pages, hardback or spiral. It was easy to do, and I'm no tech wizard. Fortunately I ordered two copies so I am able to keep one for myself. I will definitely be using this service again.
