The worse, unacceptable customer service ever! If I could give them 0, I would.
I have bought rafie sandals. I'm size 7.5 and per their website advise I ordered size 9. They are still small and I wanted to exchange them for 10.
I was aware it's final sale, however I have followed their size guidance to make sure I don't need to return or exchange.
When trying to resolve the issue with Customer Svc, the representative was highly rude and unprofessional.
Quote:"We can't do anything. We can go around and around, but I have better things to do!" And she just hang up on me.
I was denied access to a Mgr. as well.
Her name was Kristina (or Christina), not sure of the spelling.
Don't buy from this company! Save yourself the hassle and take your business to a competitor that actually respects their customers.

I purchased these sandals based on the comfort reviews and was really excited to try them. Unfortunately they were too painful to wear — I couldn't get past 10 minutes on two separate attempts due to the toe strap connection point being uncomfortable against my foot.

When I went to return them I found that because I had worn them twice (trying to break them in), they were considered non-returnable. What made this even more frustrating is that I wasn't even able to exchange them for another style — I was simply out of luck.

I understand return policies exist for a reason, but when a product is marketed heavily on comfort and fails to deliver, some flexibility would go a long way in keeping customers. Fast and prompt customer service was helpful.

Im a 7 but these leave a little room above the toes and my heal is off
