Excellent product gracias thanks

Ordered one of their crimping tools with changeable heads and they sent me the cheaper version. Contacted the company by the only method, email, they provide and they asked for picture or video proof. I sent the requested pictures. After a few days of not hearing anything I contacted them again and got a response asking if I was happy with the response I had gotten from one of their employees with whom I had no interaction. Replied asking if the left hand has any idea what the right hand was doing and still have not gotten any response. Filed a case with PayPal and will be contacting my Credit Union to reverse the payment which was twice as much as what they sent me!

Solderstick is just a great product. I've used them on the job for several years now, to make splices that have to last, and there's nothing else I've found that does it better, or easier.

Definitely a little more difficult in some applications to melt the solder but still works as regular shrink-wrap.

Good product, took a couple weeks to receive it. That's fine if you don't need it right away. I received everything I ordered no hassle.

Bought these for boat trailer connections. Exposed to constant dunking in salt water. They worked great!

It took a long time to receive the order,the items work well if you have the right heat gun . I use a big heat gun and almost melted everything around the section I was trying to solder...I think the heat shrink could be stronger to withstand the heat.
