Before I made this purchase I emailed Solar many times explaining what I would need from them in terms of waterproof, warranty and customer service. They inspired amazing confidence. So much so I made the purchase and was going to do a YouTube review. The scooter failed . However because I believed in this company I held off on the review . Here we are now . The steering collar has excess metal in it where CNC failed to clear it causing hairline fractures in the collar . The upper collar has splits the lower collar has features and the unit as a while is very wobbly from this . The rear bearing failed with 121.7 miles . Suspension bolts bent and even though pictures are unable to show the swingarms,right at the tooling marks due to the stress from bent bolts the are breaking . I tried to get warranty coverage . They want me to take apart the scooter pay to ship them the motor all whole stating ,and I have the emails ,that nothing is wrong with my new scooter. I asked several times to purchase the parts and they flat out denied me to make the purchases to repair my new scooter. So I can not get warranty coverage ,they will not sell me the parts to repair my scooter . They have forced me to have to file with BBB, federal trade commission,and I had to contact a lawyer to move forward in small claims court. After showing clear proof and having this looked at by a repair shop whom verified the issues and still denied warranty and the ability to purchase parts ...this company is not worth investing your time and money into . Making customers jump through hoops for coverage ,then stating nothing is wrong then making excuses like ....riding on the wrong terrain,it was clear they make things up to get out of taking care of their customers. All emails I have are available anyone needs proof to make a informed choice . I will also post evidence on my YouTube review. This is disgusting to have to go through this on a brand new scooter,to be made to feel incompetent and not know failures. At this time if I could give negative stars I sure would . Last thing,they tried to say I was trying to black mail them which I wouldn't do to anyone . However they did say if I take my review down they would sell me the parts ...now who's blacking mailing whom ? Guess the judge will have to sort this and hopefully I get attorney fees and triple or more of what I paid for all this drama that could have easily been avoided . I was even willing to give back this scooter in exchange for a working one ..so I did try with this company. These are my opinions and facts .

I bought a P1 Pro escooter from Solar Scooters (USA) just over a year ago. At first I was happy with it but now something is afoul with it (display just started blinking various errors). The scooter seems to still run but I don't know if it is safe.

I contacted Solar about it and they are not providing a good follow up service at al! This scooter is supposed to have a two year warranty but it seems like they want to avoid honoring that because if they reply to emails at all, they can take 24 hours to reply and then just keep replying with things like 'check this', or 'check that'. No actual solutions or resolution.

I totally regret my purchase.
