SOLARhome Anmeldelser

Solarhome gave a good selling presentation and while not the cheapest, the quality of the hardware and the guarantee made it our choice. The installation was neat and efficient and although it threw up some problems with our site the engineers were excellent and suggested alternative strategies which we accepted and they completed an excellent job. The system works well and is neat. There seemed to be a slight lack of documentation and general information but that was rectified by calling the helpful and informative office team. Overall we are very happy and the system works well.

An excellent service from start to finish.
The installation team and electrician were polite, professional, friendly and helpful.
The panels are fitted nice and straight and the electrical installation is neat and tidy.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Every on hew came round to do job were very good at there job frist class

Excellent service from beginning to installation and after care too, highly recommended

We are very pleased with our installation. All the staff we spoke to were very helpful and answered our enquiry’s. The system it’s self is performing beyond what we expected and working well. All applications to the DNO was taken care of on our behalf. The install team were brilliant and informed us of the process and asked for any observations or suggestions about the install it was completed in one day and was generating from day one. He only suggestion I could make id that there was a bit more of a regular update when waiting for info from the DNO as it felt like we were having to chase for an update. Finally as the post is unreliable I would suggest that the email of important docs was the norm as we got the handover pack about a week after we asked for the mcs letter so we had an additional week of getting paid for excess electricity. Overall though a great experience and highly recommended.

Great from the start, explained everything and answered all the questions. Took the worry and stress out of the whole event. Great installation team too.

The only company that came to view the property then quoted on our specific requirements. Then we viewed the quote and signed. The workmanship was excellent, the schedule was adhered to and everything is perfect. Every other company we contacted wanted to quote prior to viewing the property and demanded we sign an acceptance prior to any visit!!

It’s clean and efficient very quick to install works well

All the fitters were courteous, friendly and helpful, and fitted our PV panels and control system with the minimum of fuss. One of them came back later to set up a wifi extension and set up an app on my phone.

Very quick and clean installation. All certifications provided without any fuse. Would recommend this company.

Initial proposal was explained in detail and easy to follow. All works were planned and carried out with precise timing. The installers were extremely efficient and did a great job with attention to detail to get the panels straight and level. The electrical installation was very neat and tidy too, they even installed the App onto my phone.

Understanding explanations all the way through the process, friendly workers co/workers and telephone staff.
