Poor Communication and Company Response
We would give a 1 star if it wasn't for their customer service rep, Kristy! My husband order the Pecron E3600LFP with (2) 300W panels on 6/4. Heard nothing back on the order for 8 days, went online with Chat Bot, told they would expedite response ticket, 4 more days without any response or info on order, Chat Bot once again said they will expedite response ticket. Called Customer service on 6/19 spoke with Kristy, who stated would send urgent request for info. Called Kristy again on 6/22 and she stated, she was surprised by no response from company. We requested it be cancelled, issued dispute through Credit Card. Received invoice on 6/23, product finally arrived 6/24. 20 days without any communication from company about order, except the order info after being shipped 6/24. We did cancel the dispute with credit card company after confirming product was received in good working order.
