The installation was done by Wright Renewable Heating in Worksop, who I approached directly for a quote. From quote to installation went smoothly with them keeping me in the loop along the way. The installation team arrived on time and were courteous and professional. They were friendly and happy to explain everything as they went along. When they finished they tidied up and left the area spotless.

Wright Renewables provided an excellent service throughout the project. From design to installation all their staff were superb communicators, price was excellent in comparison to other quotes, friendliness and workmanship quality wise they are unbeatable – Nothing was too much and my input was valued throughout. If your thinking of investing in renewables look no further than Wrights!

From start to finish OVO provided a brilliant service. Adam and his installation team were most helpful and asked all the way through the installation were we happy with what they were doing did we want anything changed where they were putting it. Adam explained how to use the system really well. They were at our home for two days and at the end of each day they left things so tidy and you would never know we were having work done. Adam and his team are a credit to the company.

A good friendly service and impressively fast from agreeing the quote to having the panels and battery installed. Also pleased with the price. The only slight negative was not knowing when the scaffolding would be erected and not knowing when it would be taken down.

The team that come to install the system were very professional polite and very respectful of my property. The before and after care has been second to none I would recommend to anyone

The total professionalism of Jamie and Sam who installed an Air Source Heat Pump in 3 days. From my perspective a really complicated procedure but done with a smile and a lot of pipe work. I'd recommend this company any day.

Once again the team especially Jamie, from Wright Renewables went above and beyond to ensure a satisfactory installation. No problem was to big to be solved during the install, even with the unexpected microbore plumbing, things moved smoothly. Our second time of them, which should say a lot about them. So I want to start this review by saying my experience with Wright Renewables has been a mixed one unfortunately. Installation took place over 2 different days.

Negatives:

1. Roofer was told I had the wrong type of roof tile (luckily he google mapped our house the night before)

2. They forgot to bring a wooden casing/covering for the battery and inverter which needed dropping off later which I kept reminding them about leading up to installation

3. Day 1 was quite chaotic and unorganized - constant back and forth through the house bringing in equipment, the kitchen ended up covered in dust from the drilling outside with the back door open, not much communication throughout the installation

4. Battery was damaged during installation.

5. Some of the cabling work was left incomplete despite the electrician being done - which had to be finished day 2 after raising it

6. Was an extremely long day that ran from about 08:00 (when the electrician arrived with no prior warning) until about 18:30 due to incorrect wiring of the battery/inverter

7. Day 2 - Roofers weren't told about bird proofing, so they didn't install it until I showed my invoice including it

8. Was given a handover pack after completion which had the wrong warranties for the solar panels, workmanship and battery

9. Scaffolding still not down despite being given 3 different dates

10. Scaffolders broke a couple of my kitchen roof tiles

However not all was bad. Good things:

1. Initial consultation up to surveying was very good. An isolation switch was needed, which was booked and installed extremely quickly for example.

2. Scaffolding went up very quickly

3. Included bird protection free of charge

4. Included the wooden casing free of charge

5. Included 2x optimisers free of charge

6. Supplied slightly better panels than originally quoted due to stock issues - free of charge

7. Replaced the damaged battery free of charge.

I've been in contact with Wright Renewables about these issues, some were rectified, others weren't even acknowledged. But overall I wouldn't say it was a positive experience. I was very optimistic reading other reviews, but perhaps it was just a stroke of bad luck.

I was genuinely impressed with my solar installation from start to finish. Everyone involved was friendly, helpful, and kept me fully informed throughout the whole process. The professionalism stood out at every stage, and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone — a brilliant experience from a brilliant team.

First class service and correspondence from start to finish. Everything was explained upfront, from how solar could work for us, and what we expect from and air sourced heart pump. With all the data to support what we need in terms of minimum temps, due to wife's illness.
During the installation, again we were kept updated on exactly what was happening, the house was kept neat and tidy at the end of each day. Was impressed with the time taken when changing the radiators for larger ones. All additional pipework extensions were copper, not cheap easier plastic.
Since completing the install our house (an old forge) is constantly at 22 degrees and is returning 4 times the heat vs. input

QUICKLY CAME AND SURVEYED, WAS INSTALLED QUICKLY INSTALLERS WERE POLITE AND TIDY, ONLY SLIGHT DELAY WAS SCAFFOLD ON ONE SIDE OF THE HOUSE NOT PUT AT CORRECT HIGHT SO RETURN VISIT REQUIRED CANT FAULT THE INSTALLATION.
JUST NEED SCAFFOLD DOWN NOW.

From the initial enquiry and survey to the installation of the product it was an easy experience. The Solar panel fitters were very efficient.

The company were thoroughly professional from quote to installation. There was no sales pressure and the staff were a pleasure to deal with.

The instalation proceeded exactly as planned. The scaffolding went up and came down efficiently. The 3 instalers were polite, friendly, skilled and effiecient. They consulted us on our requirements and met them. The kit was installed very neatly and is of high quality.

Great team, installers did a superb job, very recommended

The hassle free of making my own choice not getting phone call after phone call.
So Ovo beat my last supplier by £1800 plus I have a 10Kw battery.
On the day of installation no issues the engineers fantastic no mess.
I would definitely advise to go solar
