Do not use them. The quality is junk and they make doing a return so hard you end up accepting their offer of discounted refund offer and you keep the items. They make out they have an Australian warehouse but warn you after about 5 emails and offers to keep the items with a partial refund that you will be hit with charges returning the items to China!!!!

This company orders their clothes from temu. Unfortunately I can't post photos but I would if trust pilot had the option. But I bought a jacket for $92 and found the exact same one with the exact same advertising picture as they had used and temu sold it for $32!!! I think they try to buy most of the stock because all the colours were sold out in all sizes except for a xl brown one. This is disgusting!!!!! Theyre charging ppl more nearly triple the price!!!! BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I ordered an Olive Green double breasted coat for a wedding I was attending. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!! The quality was rubbish, the jacket was a completely different colour to the online version. I contacted the customer care team that responded with keep the jacket and we will refund 10%!!!!!! Why would I want to keep the jacket when I was totally dissatisfied with the product? After telling them this, I never heard from them again!!!

The quality is TEMU/SHEIN but at least you know what you are getting with them. This is more expensive and very low quality. You are not buying from Willoughby in Australia - something which is not clear until after purchase when you receive tracking information from China. VERY slow delivery, they now want me to pay for international tracked postage to return the item to CHINA, lie about the value of the package ("Put value of $10 or it will be delayed at China customs") and they are refusing to refund my purchase. Currently speaking to Fair Trading about resolving my issue.

BEWARE SCAM SITE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. The website looked legit with australian phone number and warehouse address near me but it is a scam. The jacket I ordered off their site looked high quality in the photos. The one that came in the post after 2 weeks, was the same jacket but made with cheap fabric - nothing like the photo and a completely different colour. It probably cost them $5 to make in just 20 mins. Their site offers a return and refund policy though they are not repsonding to my emails and the phone number listed on their website does not work. Upon more checks I have now noticed that the payment has gone to Zaandam in the Netherlands.

Happy with the product and good prices. I ordered the wrong size and they were happy for me to send them back and exchange so 5 stars for the customer service.

I was looking for sunglasses that actually helped with blocking out the sun. I bought the 'Byron' sunglasses and was sceptical at first but it actually surprised me. They feel strong and well made. Highly recommend!
