The shipment was sooo slow. The did not like the clasp on the stretchy bands. The straps weren’t very long, and where I had to adjust the clasp to fit it sat at a very weird spot on my wrist and made it super annoying when typing or resting my hand on a table/desk. It’s pretty big. And I have tiny wrists.

Also, I order a tortoise shell band. It felt and appeared like very cheap plastic. Didn’t love the look of it, looked nicer as displayed on the site.

Lastly, they did not include one of my items in shipping. I sent an email to customer service and still have received no reply.

However the cofounder did call and leave me a voicemail. At first I was impressed until I listened to the voicemail. It wasn’t personalized. It was a basic “one r warehouse ran out of items so lots of shipping delays and our service team is busy”. He offered an $8 coupon that had to be used that day… towards a new purchase. lol no thanks. I’m returning my entire order.

Not impressed. I feel there are much better, cheaper options available out there with better service.

I placed an order and did have a small issue with what I received. I contacted customer service and they quickly resolved my issue. The representative was very courteous and helpful. I will definitely buy more bands as I love that they don’t irritate my skin.

Product was amazing. Customer service was great. Return policy is simple and easy.

I evidently ran out of writing ability as I tried to explain that …the add on sales to a completed order needs another step.

I ordered 5 watch bands for $99.00. Which I thought was a good buy ,but I was wrong. They don’t fit my wrist. Mind you I don’t have a big wrist about a 7.5 in normal bracelet. I have emailed them 3 times with no response. I just want a bigger size band medium to large size is great. I am going to give them 4 more days to answer if not I’m calling my bank to get a charge back. Because this is unprofessional not have a phone number to talk to someone about this issue. Just an email that they don’t answer. I would not recommend Solace watch bands to anyone. Go to tj maxx, Marshall or even Ross to look for band that are way cheaper and easy to exchange!!!!

I emailed I was responded to right away, and I was given the benefit of the doubt. I really appreciate that.

I have purchased 3 watch bands from Solace and really like them. One of the bands was not functioning properly and wouldn’t slide into the watch, so I requested a replacement outside the 30 day return policy. They were very responsive and helpful reminding me that there was actually a lifetime warranty. I only had to pay a small shipping fee for them to replace the band. Their customer service is excellent.

My bands were sent to the wrong address, not sure who's fault it was. Rea in customer service confirmed they went to the wrong address and reordered them for me. I can't wait to get my bands.

I WAS going to place an order, however their size chart link does not work, so I don’t know what size to order. I have emailed customer support “for a faster response”, THREE times and have yet to receive a response. Additionally the “free” band I was offered changes sizes when I add it to the cart. I’m moving on to another company. Too sketchy!

Have NOT received my order and it has been almost 2 weeks. Have NOT received a shipping update either. No phone number so I emailed and have not yet received a response. The "FAST SHIPPING" they claim is false advertisement. DO NOT BUY.

Very happy with the bands and the customer service!

I had a wonderful experience with Solace Bands! They made a mistake with my order ( a band was missing) and fixed the issue right away. They answered my email promptly and sent the missing band immediately. I highly recommend this business. They are super friendly and on top of things. The bands are of very good quality, fit perfectly, and are easy to keep clean!

I love the comfort and quality of my space bands. I don’t even mind wearing them overnight when I use my watch to track my sleep. I love the slim options to go with my Apple watch.

Customer service is AMAZING. I placed an order & the next evening I realized I had ordered the wrong size band for my son’s watch. I sent an email & received a quick response & was able to get the size switched out without any issues. I will absolutely be ordering from this company again!

I’ve placed several orders with Solace and never had an issue. This last time there was a minor mix up with the bands I received being different from what I ordered. I contacted customer service and explained the issue. Rea emailed me right back and told me not to worry that and that they would take care of it. The customer service and communication matches their products in excellence! Love Solace and their products!
