Another excellent repair at a fair price. It's a brilliant service available to Londoners.

Brilliant service! I bought a dress that was way too long for me (I’m 5’2) and requested it to be hemmed shorter. There was a lovely detail at the bottom that I didn’t want removed, and they listened carefully to my request. Delivery was quick, and I received tracking updates throughout. I also loved the thoughtfulness of the paper packaging. Amazing, and I would definitely recommend 🫶🌸

Filiz did a great job with shortening my skirt. Really impressed with the service and turnaround time. I wasn’t sure which hem option to choose and the web chat was super helpful.

I went to Sojo to have two holes repaired in some very expensive cashmere jumpers. The quality of the repairs excellent; completely invisible, you would never know there were holes there.

The price at £20 per was more than reasonable given the skill involved. Of course repairing cheap clothes for this price wouldn’t seem cost-effective, but this is highly skilled human labour.

Sojo‘s communication throughout was excellent.

The tailor who worked on my jumpers was Inga. Thankyou Inga, and thankyou Sojo. I hope Sojo is a growing success, I for one would love to see repair services become much more mainstream in the next few years as (hopefully!) more people get a conscience about clothes waste and fast fashion.

Overall a very quick and easy service. However, I was expecting the tiny hole in my trousers to be repaired and it appears that they have just stuck a tiny patch over it which isn’t even a complete colour match. When I turned the leg inside out the hole is still open on the other side. I sent it to SOJO as I thought they’d do a better job than me, I’m regretting it now as I could have done it myself and saved the money. I would have appreciated a message to say what they were going to do before they did it.

Passed by Sojo was so helpful today, really appreciate their time and effort they put in. A huge thanks to Tasha and Jawad for just sorting out my day!!! 😊

My (Levi) jeans were shredding at the inner thigh area (apparently the anatomical word is inappropriate!) but otherwise fine. I resented binning them and forking out for new ones. So I used SoJo to repair them. Great service. Easy to order and to post. Returned very quickly with great invisible repair that would have been beyond me.

The best alterations service I’ve found in London. I’ve used the in-store service in Selfridges several times and every time they have been excellent. The staff are friendly and professional and take time to measure up and make sure they know exactly what I want. The prices are fair (similar to other places) and the results are really excellent - virtually impossible to see where the alteration has been made and finished to an extremely high standard. I also love the in-store option because it has great opening times, measures up there and then, and is much less faff than posting. Thanks to Ayle for such a great job of my latest alteration.

Once again SOJO did a great job in replacing a skirt waistband that had stretched. It was a favourite garment that can now be worn again. The service was efficient and the turn around time was great.
